  4. I am sooo disappointed I have compleatly regressed and stoped goin to the gym and kinda gave up on eating right :( I just lack motivation and drivethis sux

      What you need is not motivation but a kick in the ass! Yes losing drive sucks, but are you just going to type about it or do something? So get up and off the computer (I see you online) and drop and give me 25 pushups, 25 squats, and 10 burpees!!

      In the same boat here, glad to know I'm not alone. I go for long walks with my roommates now that the weather is nicer, but that's the only exercise that I've been getting for the last month.

  6. Ok I suck at a daily log lol but here is a progress report. I have mostly cut out all soda I have one every now and then when I am out to eat. I have increased my gym time to 4 days and I enjoy them more and more. I have just found a gym that offers crossfit so not its just finding the time to make the sessions We have started to work out our budget we are having our money summit this week. so I am on track lil more slugish than I wanted but the bhall is rolling and gaining momentum.

  9. I am looking for on-line or offline sidekick to keep me motivated and acountable I have multipule ways of comunication lol I live in north phoenix area I work out @ planet fitness for now {lol i know i know}
  10. I took callis advice and cut back my gym goal to 3 days a week I have found with my injury I need more recovery time :-(
  11. I am former SCA and Now live steel fighter in The Adrian Empire. I wanted to chime in here lol lamellar is a good style what material are you looking into useing?? Also have to looked in to fighting rapier? less armor but more foot work needed and you can still develop good combat skills/habbits.

  15. Objectives: Cut out all soda diet or otherwise. Increase gym time from 3 days to 5 days Start a CF regimen with modifactaion for injury Level up life goal: Start a budget and follow thru with it.Well this week started off slow thus far. I have cut out soda about 96%, I have gathered the info I needed for my budget and am sitting down and having a money summit lol. I have increased my gym time from 3 days to 4 will be upping it the rest of the way soon. I still have not attempted crossfit lifts due to I have an injury and I am speaking with a professional as fo what I can do to gain the desired results with out hurting my self more. Sooo it looks like I am on track so far but it is only week one so we shall see lol. Ps. I will be if for no other reason but my own morbid curiosity posting my measurments/biometrics just to track my progress.

  17. Hello everyone I wanted to introduce my self I am Kilmourne I am in AZ currently I am excited to be here I have read alot of forums and sites. I have never found a site let alone a comunity that put everything in these terms lol I love it cant wait to get to know yall.
  18. Well I am fully new to all of this, but I am determaned to sucseed. Well a lil about myself I am 33 6'3" and I weigh 315lbs I am not very happy I have lost before in small amounts 10-30lbs but I always slacked off and gained it back. I want that intimidating, eye pleasing, woman gawking appearance that I know I have in there some where. So for my challenge as of now it as follows Cut out all soda diet and or any other.Go to the gym 3 times a week.Start working CF lifts and workouts to the best of my ability due to injuryAnd as for my level up my life goal it is to write, start, and stay on a budget. I am excited to have found this comunity I think I will fit right in.
