  2. Hi Everyone Sorry for the late reply, was busy with work like every month starting. Week 5 was good, still keep my diet and i did the BBW 3 times and interval training once. I haven't checked my weight since it might demotivate me, l just do that this week. also this week will be the last week for BBW X3, then i am gonna start with strength training workouts. I wish everyone an awesome last week.

Hi Everyone Week 4 has been very good for me, still keep my diet and i did the BBW 3 times also i went interval training on Friday and my body is still sore(on sat it took me 20 mins to get outta bed). i shall push myself for another one this week. Since i have started this lifestyle change on April 15 with the 1st 6 week challenge i have managed to loose 20 pounds (from 211-191) but for the last 2 week m stuck at the same weight.Any advice? i wish all of you a superb week 5.

  5. hey guys hows everyone's week 3 been ? i managed to mess up the first 2 weeks but week 3 was awesome. i did my BBW 3 times, after a long time i feel i am back on track. Also stuck with my paleo diet perfectly (2 months and counting) didn't get to interval training but will start of this week love to hear from you guys Cheers
  6. hi guys the last 2 weeks was lame, i was working way more than i need to. didn't do any workouts, 2 weeks totally screwed up. i have been sleeping for 4-5 hours a day. but no more excuses i start up again today and keep it going i will keep updating every week as usual. Edd-sorry for the delay but better late than never, won't stop until m done.
  7. Hi I know absolutely what you mean, even i reside in Dubai and life can be unnatural. But for accountability you can do a six week challenge with the NF community. Its awesome, i get support and motivation from all sorts of people. There's one stating now so what are you waiting for All the best !

This is my second challenge, in the first one i achieved weight loss of 14 lbs, since then i just ate and did not work out so i am up 3 pounds approx. I know if i don't sign up for this challenge i will go back to my old habits eventually. Currently i am 23 years of age and weigh 198 lbs and 5.11 ft.(was 210 lbs at the start of the previous challenge) WHY: Simply because i want to look good and feel awesome.(This kinda goal/aim grows on me from the success stories on this site) Goals: Goal 1 : Weight loss 12 lbs(same as the previous challenge) A-12 lbsB-10 ibsC- 8 lbsD-5 lbsF-less than 5 lbs Goal 2 : Beginer body Weight workount X 3 times a week (i managed to reach only 2 circuits x 3 times a week at the end of the previous challenge and then a complete stop) A- 3 times a week x 3 circutsB- 3 times a week x 2 circutsC- 3 times a week x 1 curcutD- 2 times a week x 1 circutF- Less than 2 times a week x 1 circut Goal 3 : Interval Training 20 mins x 2 times a week (Walking and jogging) A- 2 times a week x 20 minsB- 2 times a week x 15 minsC- 2 times a week x 10 minsD- Once a week x 20 minsF- Less than once a week x 10 mins Goal 4 : Give a great compliment to a friend or stranger, be specific, authentic, thankful.   17. hello ppl Hiraedd- dude you have gotta go to the doc and get it checked, it could get worse without medical attention. Get well bro. Xerla- i think its awesome that you have been able to take your setback and turn it into another opportunity, keep working on we are all with you. As for me my routine is going normally, and finally i have checked my weight and i am impressed BIG TIME, will update you guys next week with my goals and results. Thank you every1, without you guys i would never be able to complete the last few weeks.

Hi Every1 Week 3 went awesome and as planned Am still a bit busy at work thus the late reply Does any1 have a counter plan if the getup late and cannot complete a workout - do u add to it in the evening or just don't mess with the 48 hours break? Xerla Awesome stuff even i don't feel like starting but once in i just want to complete the circuit better than the last. Wirilome I maybe wrong but i feel the most difficult is the start up for a change/habit. Once you pass that its better. So just push for 10 days of healthy lifestyle and the it will come naturally with less mental effort. All the best Week 4- My new normal lifestyle
  19. hello!!! i still stick to my diet and now it just feels normal to eat fresh meat and veggies, but again on sat i had cheat meals and beer:) i hope that's OK I also managed to do BBW x2 Circuit and still cont. to do it this week. I feel i have more stamina even during the day. The screw up was yest i got up late so i could complete only 1 Circuit i really don't want to make it an habit
  20. Hey bro, First thanks for the support and motivation for my challenge. I just read your posts and realized you have dam good stamina and strength, i mean i cant do half of what your doing at the gym YET I don't mean to be rude but that laziness and negative thoughts will kill you man, ups and downs are there in every area of life so what! You don't have to kick yourself so hard for it, instead use that energy in other ways, if u miss gym and its late evening go do BBW at home its better than being demotivated. Hope you get my message. Keep updating and all the best. PS: How was Iron Man 3 ?

Hey all just wanted to let you guys know about my progress i stuck to my diet for 6 days this week also the had 3 cheat meals on the 7th day and did the BBW 3 times a week but again only one circuit this week will push for two circuits i might reduce the reps but l get it done i just have 1 question, any feedback will be great i have purchased the strength guide and fitness guide and now i am confused which one to follow i will do BBW until the 6 week challenge ends but then i want to know which of these workouts i should follow or whats the difference between them ?

Hey Boudicca Yup i also have taken breaks from drinking alcohol and every time it makes a BIG difference I have never quit completely but have stopped for 40 days at a time and went completely veg i lost about 6 lbs(i dunno if that's fat or muscle) I cant say it will be the same 4u but i do know that excessive alcohol does not promote weight loss. Hope this helps. Week 2 also went awesome and as planned Week 3 - Bigger and Better!
