  1. On all but the first goal, I am starting from the bottom. I have been adding more paleo foods to my diet each day for the past two weeks and am currently around 30%. Any advice the pros here have for myself and my goals, I would greatly appreciate! Goal Number the First: Maintain a paleo diet of 70%, since I am a beginner. +2 constitution? Goal Number the Second:​ Do a simple stretching routine for 10 minutes every day. +2 dexterity? Goal Number the Third: Do a run/walk three times a week, for 20 to 30 minutes. +2 strength/+2 con.? Leveling up My Life! For now this one is fairly simple; I want to be in much better shape than I am now. At the end of this six week challenge, I would like to able to run one or more miles without stopping.
  2. Hello all! I found this site when doing research on the paleo diet. I am currently not nearly as healthy as I could be, and I have many more adventures to undertake. I am the ultimate nerd: a gamer girl, Star Wars fanatic, Trekkie, and so much more. I have started the paleo diet (it fits my beliefs on nutrition perfectly) and tonight I am going to start running. I am 31 years and I am going to back to college in the fall. It sounds a bit silly, but I want to outshine the teenage girls. The main reason I am here though, is I love adventuring of any sort and I want the stamina and health to be able to do it.
