  1. Oh Jesus.... Well to start off, THANK YOU everyone who commented on this and helped me on I havnt been doing well actually.... I feel like ive put it on here, before, but im Diabetic (INTERNATIONAL DIABETES DAY WHOOP WHOOP) And its been a rough few months. That along with starting a gifted Academy for high school has made me rearrange my priorities. Mid Exams just passes, and im not doing as well as i liked, but i think everything's going to get better I have though (regrettably) Fallen majorly behind on my goals WE moved (again) and we have no wifi and are now living in a camper on my grandfathers land. And hes not that fond of my family... haha... yeah... So i havnt had a lot of room to practice piano... BUT I am in band at this new high school and have been able to practice three times a week for 45 minutes each time, which im really happy about. So, even if its a bit late for the goals thing, im really proud of that! Everything else, though, not so much. Ive got the water thing down (I have a reusable camel back i attach to mt book bag and take with me everywhere. That coupled with walking a college campus four times a day makes me thirsty!!! ) So that ones good i guess. Meditation... No. Complete F. I haven't tried once to practice that, which i think im gonna try to make up for soon. Soccer has been a fail too. I've practiced maybe seven times since i put this all up, and its a bit annoying, because i now know three guys who are on the team, and i KNOW i would get my ass beat if i tried to go up against them . But like i said, not on our land so i cant really practice out there. Hopefully coming the next month or two, we'll b back on our own stomping grounds and ill be able to practice soccer and Tennis again. Stories.... Ah my stories. I feel Like i have abandoned my babies in the wilderness. I haven't updated some forever. Ive been swamped with enough homework for years. That paired with the no internet acess AND no word or writer on my computer means i cant post them (im leaching off my schools Wifi while i wait for my ride to pick me up) But im getting into the swing of things so ill be doing better with that. Hopefully. I feel like a horrible person because im not updating.... But im currently passing all my classes and will not be kicked out (yet) so i feel like this year has been a success so far.   2. HERES JOHNNY!!! Nah its just me again. Im back, but this time im taking it down a notch. Last challenge, i had a few too many thing to focus on and things fell through the cracks. So im only doing four this time. And heeeeerrrrre they are 1: Practice soccer once a week +1 STR +1 STA Im probably not going to play school soccer this year, but will probably try out next year, so i have to keep in shape. 2: Drink two bottles of water a day +1 CON Ive stopped drinking all soda ( ) so ive been drinking Arizona teas and water. I want to drink more water this year because last year i was dehydrated ALOT 3: Start meditating +1 WIS +1 CHA Ive heard alot about meditation on here so i figured id try it out 4: Update a story twice a week +1 CHA +2 WIS I havent really been doing enough on my stories, and if i update i the chapters arent long enough so i figured this would be good Goals ok?   3. URG! This challenge was really hard for me. Having all these camps made some of my goals hard to do (cant bring a sword around kids...) I didnt do well, but i want to try harder next time!!! Im starting at CCU in 4 weeks, and swim team practice in one, so i should be able to get more amped up for everything. ON TO THE GRADES!!! 1. Run a mile in under six minutes F I totally failed at this challenge. I really and truly failed. I did a mile in barely less than nine minutes Im a little ashamed of that, but at least i have no where to go but up 2. Cut soda out of diet A!!! I did this one, and im really excited about it!!! Ive started to drink more water, although i have to find a different way to get some caffine... (staying up to 3 in the morning and waking up at seven without caffine ) I started drinking more tea, since i only drank it one or twice on the weekends only. Im drinking Vitamine water and crystal light with meals cause i cant stand plain water with mashed patatoes or ice cream 3. Practice swimming/soccer/tennis at least three times a week (each one once) C??? There are weeks i do one a week, or the same one twice a week. Sometimes i do soccer and swimming once a week, but its a bit hard with the weather Though that will be faceing up since ill be able to start swimming every day here soon!!! YAY 4.Update two stories each week B Im happy with this one, even though its not an A. Ive goten really far on one o my stories. I got to write the part ive been waiting WEEKS to writes I love it!!! 5.Practice with sword twice a week C This once, i wish i could have done better on, but unfortuantly, i just didnt have the commitment I think this one will be going back on m list next cahllenge.... SO TALLEY UP 1. no points 2. +1 CON and +1 STA 3. +.5 STA and +.5 STR 4. +1 CHA and + .5 WIS 5. +1 STR Which means current Stats are... Str 4 Dex 4 Sta 3.5 Con 4 Wis 4.5 Cha 6 See ya next challenge!   6. Thanks! Since everybody is saying sprints are a good way to build up stamina, i guess ill have to try it Ive almost cut sodas out for good! The test will be when school comes around and i have the temptation of vending machines but im determined to stick with no more soda! I havnt been doing so well on sword practice. I got home from camp on Sunday, then Monday started another day one, which is from 7:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the evening. Then i come how exhausted but im going to get a few practices in before i have to leave next week again. But after that everything should be normalized and i should be able to get on a nice schedule of workouts... But im really proud of myself for quitting soda (making it sound like an addiction because it is). Ive been tryingto do if for a while now Im going to keep trying on my mile and my practices... (By the way I love your quote ALOT)

  8. No i havnt tried sprints. Ive never really liked them because i get bored too easily. ID rather just take long jogs through a park or trails so i can look at scenery. And i dont know what i swim This is the first time ive swimmed competitively...
  9. HI! This is only my second challenge and you're the first person i've met who's new too Your goals are good and im glad youre gonna stop smoking im gonna stop drinking soda this time around so maybe we can keep in touch about how its going stopping
  10. Id like to ask you something... Last challenge, i had problems in my legs. Every time i would run, they would ache and i felt like i was lugging around lead pipes down there. Someone told me they were shin splints (?) but i didn't know for sure. After soccer season cooled off, the pain went away, but it flares up if i run for too long. Any idea whats up? I cant very well go to a doctor if it comes and goes like this....
  11. Im a tad late for posting this, but better late then never! Some of these have to do with next years school year, and wahst going to be happening then. On August 2 my schools swim team starts practices!!! And im on it!!! Im excited, because my best friends Sky is on it too. We're both going to special schools, with C-way out base school (shes going to S.T.E.M. and Im going to Scholars Academy) so morning practices are the only way were going to spend regular time together. The cool thing is that swim team is a fall sport and soccer is a spring sport so hopefully ill be playing both!!!!! So now on to the goals. Im also going to put why im doing these goals 1: Run a mile in under 6 minutes (+2 STA) A=Under six B=In Six C= Seven or Less D= Eight or Less This year we had to run the mile for our school, and i was disappointed. In march i ran the mile in 9 minutes and 57 seconds. January i ran it in 17 minutes even so i had went down. Two weeks ago, i ran the mile in 10 minutes 17 seconds ANNOYED!!! It was because soccer wasn't in and i havn't been working out on that anymore. SO this is definatly on my list this time. Besides itll keep me in shape for tryouts next year 2: Cut soda out of my diet (+1 CON +1 STA) This is a pass of fail kinda thing so only As or Fs.... I've been wanting to do this for a while, so i thought 'hey wouldn't this be a good challenge?' I went a week without soda and am about to do it again starting tomorrow (I'm going to camp...) and every time i always feel better. Lighter somehow It also saps my stamina before games, so if i cut it out completely, it will help. Coach also doesn't like us drinking soda either, so kill three birds with one stone! 3: Practice swimming/soccer/tennis at least three times a week (each one once) (+1 STA +1 STR) A= Each one once a week B= Two of the three once a week D= One once a week Again i need to stay in practice with all threeof these sports... I fee like this one is going to be too easy 4: Update two stories each week (+2 CHA +1 WIS) A= Two stories a week B= One story a week C=edit two stories a week D=edit one story a week I really need to get back in this habit! I have a lot of stuff going on for the next three weeks, but i will TRY to keep up with my challenges. 5: Practice with sword twice a week (+2 STR) A= twice a week B= once a week C= Practice a style of fighting once a week This is an easy one, so i dont feel the need to do a D. But starting tommarro i wont be able to do this one for a week becasue i cant take my sword to camp. No weapons and that is a weapon..... WELL?!?!?!?! This is ok? I guess theres a few more then last time and theyre a bit harder but.... I need to get fit!!! Leave yalls thought on these please? PIECES!!! Joker

  13. Ok last day of my first Six week Challenge! Im not to happy with how much ive been doing but its better then what i was doing before! I really need to remember my goals next time. I always forget and i sit there thinking "what was i supposed to be doing again?" I am glad that i found this, though, because i have been practicing more often than i usually do, though it didnt come easy or painless. Last week i was kicking my soccer ball at the wall and kicked a bit too hard. It was going to shoot over my head and in the woods (i live on a farm so it would have taken FOREVER to find) so i reached up to catch it. My short self couldn't reach and only just grazed the ball, although it was enough to peel back my fingernail Not my best moment. It hurt and i was angry beyond belief (short temper anyways. hehe...) because common! Who breaks a nail playing soccer?!?! It didnt help when everyone who asked and i told poked me about using my hands And they said excersise never hurt anyone! I think they made me mad enough to get back after i could stand to use the finger And so side story aside, heres my grades (i feel like a kid showing their report card to their parents ) 1) Practice: I got about a B on this and i was thinking maybe Sta+2 and Str+1 for an A so... Maybe Sta+1 and Str+ .5? 2) Updates: An A!! Ive been really good about this one, but its probably becasue i love it so much I was thiknking Cha+1 and Wis+1 3) Water: I havnt been thinking about this one as much as the others so i got a C... it was going to be Con+3 so maybe +1? I think that might be cool 4) Salad: Not my worst with a B, but i could have done this one easily so im not too happy An a would be Con+2 so +1? So new mark up: Str 2.5 Dex 4 Sta 2 Con 3 Wis 4 Cha 5 First Challenge Down!

  15. Hi y'all I havn't really been on a lot, just to check to make sure everything's still here ya know? Um all y'all that have asked about my writing? THANK YOU!!!! You guys are awesome Someone asked me if I wrote on the internet? Yeah I do! I write on FictionPress and Fanfiction both under the same username as here And I write romance/paranormal genre. I know someone asked that. It almost made me cry happy tears when I came on here and saw all of these people urging me to keep going on here. Yall are my support system and its awesome!!! I'm actually doing well in my goals except the salad one...... I have about a D in that one. Not good. But that's about it, which isn't bad for me. But next challenge, its probably going to reappear on my list Another BIG THANK YOU to everyone

OK, I'm a snacker, and I read the article on the team snack or team no snack, so I'm definantly on the pro snacks Problem is, I cant tell whether I'm bored and just eat or if I'm actually hungry I know I could pay attention, but by the time I think 'wait, was I really hungry' I'm already finished! We also have LOTS of horrible food around the house (I'm talking rice crispies, cookies and chocolate laying about) so I'm always tempted Is there anyway I can maybe cut down. I'm 5'3" and I eat more than the guys I know! What is a good way to cut down on snacking in the daytime and if I do snack good (filling) choices

Ok this is my first challenge thing so tell me if I do something wrong pleeaaaasssseeee or if I could do something better? 1: Practice Soccer/Tennis twice a week for 30 minutes A= Doing both twice a week for 30 mins B= Doing one or the other combined twice a week for 30 mins C= Doing one or the other combined for 15 mins twice a week D=Doing one or the other once a week for 15 mins F= Anything else.... 2: Update stories twice a week A=Updating twice a week B= Editing once and updating once C= Editing twice D= Writing but not typing in F= Anything else.... 3: Drink 2 bottles of water EVERYDAY A= Drinking 2 bottles of water everyday B= Drinking 2 bottles of water every five days C= Drinking 1 bottle of water everyday D= Drinking 1 bottle of water every five days F= Anything else.... 4: Eat 2 salads a week A= Eating 2 salads a week B=Eating 1 salad a week C=Eating a handful of carrots and or celery twice a week D= Eating a handful of carrots and or celery once a week F= Anything else.... So this is my challenge! Two days after it already started... OH WELL
