  1. Completed HIIT for the week, not 30sec on 2min off. Hill sprints up a street close by, 8 hill sprints in 20min. Pretty happy to get that out the way for the week.
  2. Looking forward to completing my First challenge! Good Luck to everyone.
  3. Yes, I am attempting it for the first time this year. Should be good fun! Changed the goal, to progress through a level, I think that is much more achievable.
  4. Didn't realise your from Welly nikinoo!
  5. Hey, Thanks for you concerns. Yea I think the Pull up might be the the hardest part of the challenge! Thought I would put something on there that will really push me, maybe I was a bit keen. Running and HIIT is not an issue, more of a motivation factor. I completed a half marathon 4 weeks ago, and have trail run races every 2nd or 3rd weekend over 8km. So the 10km is not an issue to run, just want to keep up the longer distances. HIIT I do most weeks, I have access to a lot of mountain runs around my area, and do hill sprints part of training for trail runs. Now that we are coming into Winter down in New Zealand, it gets a bit harder to run on the tracks, so want to start doing it on the road. I might adjust my Pull up to something else, as I still carry a bit of weight. Any suggestions?
  6. Hey, I have been reading Nerd fitness for sometime, and have lost a pant size and a bit of fat due to this great website.
