  11. Updated Log, Food Porn and Home pics for thursday 14th and friday 15th of november.. Man! I love this way of updating. There are several things we will be doing this weekend: installing light-bulbs, a water filter, eyebolts for the laundry, among other stuff. This is a long weekend for us thanks to the anniversary of the Revolution. The extra free time is a blessing.

  20. Yikes, now I´ll have to actually post the recipes. Usually I broil all the stuffs, mix everything and pray feverishly to the enigmatic Cooking god Artistic depiction I´ll try to post them next week. =P ¡Gracias hombre! Haha, that´s my girl´s doing. She is a very visual person! Mostly because lack of time. 1 hour is a nice time and morning workouts suit us well: less interruptions, more energy for the day. Since we go to work 8 am to 6 pm (7 pm in her case) and we usually use the afternoons to work on the house, cook, do laundry, rest, etc (not necessarily in that order or in one day), we are willing to wake up as early as 5 am. Some video combinations would require us to wake up before 4:30 am. No thanks XD. We rather take a more relaxed approach by repeating the program as necessary. Haha, thanks for the support Teirin! =D *furiously looks for jokes to keep up DX* Oh yeah, imagine starting to make breakfast and seeing that! It seemed SO HAPPY about being involved! Thank you very much Risen Phoenix. =D I can´t take whole credit, I cook with my girlfriend. She does a lot too. It is almost a requirement, my mother is a certified Chef, and her mother has a cook for a school for the past 20 years, so something had be learned. Cooking is such a nice skill to have. And you are right: cooking is more about experimenting than following a recipe. Sometimes it may get tepid results but there is always the potential for a surprise "home run". Now if only we could cook faster... Man, a cranberrie sauce sounds delicious!

  22. Oh yes, it is so hard to keep up with the program sometimes. It takes heroic quantities of will to keep up and/or adapt with the daily madness. Much kudos to you Teirin!
  23. I´ve been on the fence about drinking coffee. Perhaps I should start with half a cup of coffee with milk. My girlfriend has been telling me she wants some hot beverage to start these cold (for tropical standards) mornings. I´ll check my options, thanks! None, the lightbulb must want to change itself |-.-|... *dodges tomato*. Thanks! It keeps me going! I´m fasting because I don´t have nuts anymore. I have to go downtown to resupply. However I´ve got my hands on a few that might last me for this and the following week. Yeah, I´ve have to step it up, can´t let you guys hoard all the "awesomeium". ---------------------------------------------------- I updated my log. Also uploaded a folder of pictures. I plan to upload more pictures tonight. Also: My girlfriend and I talked about the exercise time and determined that we would not do more than 60 minutes of it on weekdays. So I made some slight changes to the Insanity Calendar to fit that. It may not be that intense anymore, but we plan to at least repeat the program once more starting the second/third week of next year.
  24. Wow, you guys make me feel like a sissy! XD I tried again today in the morning. It went better, but I took the "hot then cold" route. I certainly felt the invigorating aspect of it after I was done. It was very prevalent! I have to admit that I was cursing Kishi at the start though. Nothing personal oh Leader.
