  2. I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but here is my spreadsheet. I was not able to attach the spreadsheet only copy/paste. What am I doing wrong??   5. I am new to Nerd Fittness and this will be my first challenge. About me: I'm an RN and work from home as a compliance officer. Its has its pros and cons (More pros!!) I am a runner (slow but I always finish!). I have completed a marathon, multiple half marathons, 10Ks and 5Ks. I run approx 20 miles a week. Despite my running I keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds and I need to lose 40 pounds. I googled Paleo diet and found this page. I was very intrigue by format and direction, so here I am!! Here are my goals for the next 6 weeks. 1. Diet: No refined sugars, no grains, super limited legumes, limited dairy - I am new to this diet and it will be the biggest challenge for me. Constitution (CON) - 5 points 2. Running: Run times a week - Stamina (STA) - 3 pts 3. Strength Training - Strenght (STR) - 3 pts 4. Limit TV Time - less than 4 hours a week - Wisdom (WIS) 4 pts (Yes, I'm embarassed to put this but working from home has created this problem for me!! I watch hours and hours of TV) Bonus: 1. Lose 5% of body weight (9 lbs) 2. Complete 3 home remodeling projects *Flowerbed *Master bathroom *Woman's Cave (Office/Gym/Crafts Room)
