I actually don't need to lose weight. I'm really just looking to lead a good, healthy lifestyle. what I don't like about vegetables, its different for each one. Potatoes (haven't tried sweet potatoes yet, as someone suggested) taste like sour dirt to me, i'm allergic to tomatoes, and everything else just tastes terrible.
Hello everyone, I'm really interested in the Paleo diet, but the thing is, I absolutely HATE vegetables (every single one that I've tried I can't even bring myself to swallow). What fruit alternatives to vegetables would you all suggest for someone wanting to do the Paleo diet?
