    Spartan Race has been done. Now back to training! :)

      It was great. Harder then I thought it would have been. I did just the sprint. I think training for hills will help :) Also I think I need to get a lot more upper body strength training in. I had trouble getting over a few walls. Luckily, I had people to help. It readlly did make me feel pretty awesome afterwards though.
