  3. Hey just new to this group and thought I would tell you all about myself a bit. My name is David and I'm from Ireland, today I just finished school and my exams whoop! So I've decided to devote this summer to getting fit,levelling up in life and being more social which are going well at the moment This is my first ever six week challenge and still getting used to the layout of NF but so far I love it. I being lurking in the shadows of NF for about 9 months but I've decided to come forth and join the community and I love it all the support is great! My goals for this challenge started out with the usual 3 fitness 1 level up but that wasn't working for me so I'm doing 3 level up goals and 1 fitness goal . These goals are going to help me get into the frame of mind to make huge lifestyle changes as I'm not quite there yet. I'm aspiring to be a ranger but I'm a adventurer for the next few months. Thanks for letting me join your group so late as over the last two weeks I've being doing exams I haven't had time at all to do much of the challenge so it's offilcally starting today for me. My goals are below and best of luck! My goals: All my goals bar one were fitness goals but I want to start with 4 "level up goals" and one fitness goal,I just want to become more positive before embarking down the path to be more physically fit. The first goal I have is to meditate at least 3 times a day, I will use the one minute method of meditation to achieve a more enlightened and positive feeling. The second goal is gain motivation, to do this I will do small things that make a big difference. I have very little self motivation and I think that by doing little things each day like motivate myself to not have that packet of crisps instead eat that granola bar etc The third goal is sleep. I've a very busy lifestyle I go to school in the city and must travel there everyday by train so I get up around 6:30am and don't normally get to sleep til 23:30 which is not good for a growing teenager so my plan is to just try get in those extra hours and create regular sleeping times no naps! The next goal is water, basically I want to drink as much water as I possible can just to detox and hydrate myself My fitness goal is to get exercise at least once a day anything from going for a run to going on the trapoline with my sister. But the main reason I'm changing my goals is that I want to be mentally sound and positive before I take the next level up fitness wise and I'm also very busy now with exams going on for the next 2 weeks and don't have a great amount of time between study and the exams to do weights,circuits etc Well that's it sorry its so long just thought I'd update u guys on my challenge and best of look to u to in ur challenge!!

  5. Good luck! I'm also just drinking water none stop I find it helpful to have a glass before and during a meal so I don't over eat and also keep a glass on my bedside locker so when I wake up first thing I see is water and I've had 1/8 of my recommended intake within a minute of getting up! Best of luck!

  7. IM SO ANNOYED!!! Ugh I'm 15 ok? and in Ireland for insurance purposes some gyms dont let you join until you are 16! so now ive to drop my gym plans for Wednesday and then travel and apply for another gym and then my gym goal can start so its being put on hold by a day or two. Sorry my rant is now over haha
