Greetings everyone, I'm new to this site and from what I've been seeing, I love it. This just happens to be the first I've ever heard of the Paleo diet. Whilst reading up about it I couldn't help myself but laugh, it makes so much sense! I can't wait to begin a more healthy lifestyle. My question is; Any tips for Paleo beginners?
