  1. I love the Enell sports bras. It's the only sports bra I've been able to use for distance running (my definition: >6 miles) and never had any chafing or extreme bouncing issues. I use the maximum control: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000OQ1TR8/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Enell's website has details on how to find your size. http://www.enell.com/get-fit
  2. So, I finally was inspired to register an account after lurking here and on the main site for almost 18 months. Why? I figured today was as good as any to register, and I noticed there was an Ohio thread so I wanted to put my name into the Buckeye hat! I've been slowly transitioning to the paleo diet after over a year. I started with mostly primal then mostly paleo in very tiny increments. Currently, I'm on day 9 of my first Whole 30, and I'm honestly feeling pretty good about it. As a long-time dieter (10+ years of keeping food journals), I was hesitant to try anything that excluded complete food groups. Once I tried it, I noticed a difference in hunger pangs within three days. No, those grumbling noises in my stomach were NOT hunger pangs, my body was processing sugars and didn't like it very much. I've noticed a complete 180 in my satiety levels and an increase in the overall calming effect in my gut. For fitness, my favorite activity is weight lifting. I'm very apprehensive to use barbells in the gym so I've got a couple sets of dumbbells at home I've been using. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't take on too many extra activities during my Whole 30 so my focus is exclusively on finishing successfully. After the 30 days are up, I'm going to evaluate adding an increase in activity levels so I don't burn myself out. After the plethora of articles by Steve on finite willpower, I think I've finally learned my lesson! Thanks to Steve and everyone on here for creating such an awesome community. I've been continually inspired by many of your posts over these 18 months since I discovered NF. Now I finally get the chance to write a proper "thank you"!
  3. Hey! An Ohio post finally showed up. Long time lurker, first time poster in Columbus. I'm always looking for more like-minded rebels in the area. None of my friends really have that interest to exercise...or eat healthy for that matter.
