  1. Nara you've been a busy bee!! How do you find time for everything?! *.* How are you feeling about your French? Have you ever thought of joining interpals? It's a pen pal website. I had a Korean friend on there who was teaching me for a while, but then I just disappeared. =.= Ya know, I think I'm going to make learning a new language a goal for next time!
  2. Huh. I'll have to try that turkey breakfast! You've been doing so well on your fitness goals too! And lawl. Congrats on the bus chasing. XD It's so funny to me cuz I've had to do that in the past and practically died. XD Any more exciting trips planned out?
  3. Hello teammate! Your goals are well defined, love it! How have you been holding up this week? Btw. I know all about the sink. Ugh. I hateeee doing dishes and cleaning that area. It only takes a half hour but I don't find it enjoyable. Lol. For my next challenge perhaps being a neat freak is in order? XD
  4. Hey Joey! Great goals! You're going to be a lean mean fighting machine at that show! Lol. How's the cooking going? I've been trying to cook more at home and would love new recipes to try! Salads are getting boring (and only a week into the challenge. Lol)

  7. Good job on your first week B! Out of curiousity, are you eating small meals or 3 large meals? I always have a hard time getting my amount of calories in and just want to see what others are doing. (Psst, and mine is 1325! Yet I still struggle!) Did you do that Basal Metabolic Rate to figure out how many calories too? Oh, and weight watchers is working great for my friend! I just aint got time to head to meetings every week. Lol.
  8. Finally! I can sit down for a proper update. I will admit these past few days everything has gone so-so. 1. Towards my goal to be a better bike rider no progress has been made. The days have been dreary. Rain and wind, rain and wind with no chance to practice (and I’m not confident enough to ride in the rain when I can barely control the bike in full sunlight lol). 2. Cooking has gone well! It’s mostly cold meals for breakfast and lunch. The past few days have been a lot of eggs for breakfast with either yogurt and fruit or bacon. And the one off day it was cold enough to make oatmeal for breakfast. Lunches consist of salads, surprisingly found a recipe on “The Gracious Pantry†[a clean eating blog] for a simple salad that consisted of strawberries and walnuts in a bed of greens. NEVER would I have put that combination together! Dinners have been simple as well. Monday was a simple steak with asparagus (does anyone know how to make cheap meat more tender? Ugh. Never again!!), Tuesday my brother took me out for a burrito lol, and yesterday the boys ate all my stir fry so I resigned myself to the leftover rice mixed in homemade ochazuke. My boyfriend is Japanese and taught me that before he left to work out of state. XD He’s the cook in our relationship. Lol 3. I haven’t been able to do Yoga for more than 20min a night (30 on Monday), my heart isn’t on it just yet. I am constantly thinking about other things rushing through the practice in order to get to other things. That doesn’t happen when I go to a Yoga class though and I might just have to bite the bullet and go next week and just keep trying at home. 4. Saving money! Everyone likes money right? I’ve been trying to be good this week! But… on the first day of the challenge found myself clicking the buy button on my kindle. I felt guilty for… like 5 seconds, but the book is soo good, part of a trilogy and was only .99! NO REGRETS!! So far this week has been going ok in my opinion ok but could be better. But I promise to do better for the next half of it! Tonight I’ll be able to sit down and check in on my teammates and buddies on here for a little bit of inspiration! Be on the lookout! Mwuahahahaha!

  10. I was by myself; my gym offers a class I usually attend but haven't the past few weeks since they've been doing them outside and I'm super self conscious. Aint nobody got time to be doing downward dog in the middle of downtown. Lol. It was just some hip openers that got me. Lol. I know it's been a few weeks but geez! Didn't know a body stiffens up that quickly! Today I'll go more slower!
  11. Gurl, I just learned. XD I still have trouble. My dad took me to a parking lot to practice and it was so windy and hilly and and! XP But I'll get through it! > Ooh, I might have to do that 3-4 day thing mahself this week since I'm poor. Lol I wonder what I can come up with? I'll have to check those sites out! Thanks for the encouragement! Thank you Emmie! Right back at ya! I'm just a big baby. ;( Lol

  14. OMFG. I didn't realize how stiff I've let myself get!!! X'O Last night's yoga was a painful realization of the long journey I have ahead of me. Still feeling it too. And not in a good way. ;(
