  5. hey mr. tateman =) i'm impressed! just imagining your progress moves the air around here and cools down the really hots we got atm. what helps me enjoy veggies / fruits so much more is looking at its beauty as well as enjoying the smell and taste. with just some steaming broccoli or green beans are getting to its nicest green colors =^.^=
  6. I'm tacking notes offline - with pen & paper =^.^= probably going to do a short report here at the end of the six weeks. I kinda deserted this spot when the bonus challenge to find a team was up - dislike looking for groups in my games aswell... to get over this was not in this challenge! Sofar I'm doing ok with all but going to bed at 22, still not getting enough sleep. TY for asking, Tateman - gonna go cheer on you!

  9. Hello dear fellows, this is my first time of starting a thread with a reason - ever. On the signup-form for the challenge, that i was only looking at, my keyboard typed my forum name and my mouse picked "adventurer" for class and BOOM I was in. Now I'm stuck with picking goals and distributing points... I don't even like competitions - don't have (and never had) a need to win but this year I developed the wish to be the best me possible, taking 37years-old-baby steps and keep going. My secret goals for the 6 week challenge, written with invisible letters, could be: Sleeping at 22 and to still get my 7 hours of daily sleep when getting up at 5 am. - The getting up is not the problem here... sleep early enough to have 7 hours is. Drinking even more water than i already do. - Aiming for 2x 1,5l+ bottles instead of 1x 1,5l+ some glasses. Eating breakfast every day. - Hello day, hello body, i like you - have some early morning food. I want to do pull-ups. Those are getting in reach. - I could totally get there within the coming 6 weeks. Visit a dentist. - No pain or visible problems, just not been there for a long time because excuses. Read at least one book per week. - I have so many that i really want to read but keep "saving" them for never gonna happen. Strength (STR) - 3Dexterity (DEX) - 2Stamina (STA) - 1Constitution (CON) - 4Wisdom (WIS) - 3Charisma (CHA) - 2 Is there anybody out there? No matter how my six weeks will be they will be better than the least 6 weeks! All the best to you guys =^.^= ...and much of it! <3 Nui Loa P.S.: Starting this year i already cut out all sodas and also pork. I limited sugar and dairy to tiny amounts. Along with that i cut back on coffee since i don't feel like enjoying it without sugar and foamed milk and thats why t iny amounts of sugar and dairy are still in my diet - the exotic rare real "kaffee latte" or cappuccino. I also cut back on wheats. I drink at least 1,5l of water each day, starting with a glass of warm water as first thing in the morning and i also exercise 5 times a week, ofc secretly at home, thats so much more than the many many years before. Some years ago i quit smoking from one day to the next after about 12 years because i felt the time was right. Not missing it ever since. My life is changing in good ways and my plan is to keep that up.
