  1. Thanks guys this is great! Gives me some ideas for my next trip! You all got me thinking out of the box
  2. Anyone out there travel for a living? I find that I am able to stick to my diet without a problem when I am at home, however, I travel sometimes more than 2 weeks out of any month. Breakfast is usually the hardest part. At a hotel its extremely time consuming to have a sit down breakfast... if you wake up at 6am, and hit the gym, shower, shave, get dressed, and packed for the day, its almost 8am. If you have a long commute (which is often the case when I travel)... you are pretty much screwed. I end up with an Apple, and a bottle of water... a) thats not a big enough brteakfast the only options I usually see on the road are pretty bad for breakfast. c) because its such a small breakfast, the urge to over indulge throughout the day can sneak up on you in a heartbeat. Lunch and Dinner are not so much of an issue, I can usually find pretty good healthy options. Usually I try to stick to some sort of baked or grilled fish, and any other lean protein and veggies. Any thought for traveling and eating healthy? Any good options for a breakfast I can pack with me (and take on a plane)? I was thinking instant oatmeal (the ones without all the artificial flavors and what not). Cheers, Steve
