  6. I came out of NF forum retirement just say that I am still legit pissed at Google for killing Reader! I use feedly now and it has been working just fine. Also, high Raxie
  7. When it comes to workout programming, I just did whatever Wendler 531 prescribed (including warm-up). But it was always 3 warm-up sets and 3 working sets. So yeah I guess I agree with Endor ok doing more warm-up sets. Maybe 5 reps at 60, 70, and 80% of you working weight? Food for thought! At this phase, more reps is probably better to grease the groove...

  12. Rowing is a good deadlift warmup Seriously though, before I deadlift, I will row, then use an empty bar do so some Good Mornings and RDLs. After that, my actual warmup is... 5 reps at 40% of 1RM 5 reps at 50% of 1RM 3 reps at 60% of 1RM For you I would recommend some short cardio to get you warmed up, empty bar Good Mornings and RDLs, then a single warmup set at 135 lbs, then right into your working sets. At least until your working sets get heavier (to you).

  14. Yeah between the rowing, squats, and deadlifts, my back hates me all the time. Oh, to top it off, I sleep on my stomach...
