So as I dawdle around waiting for the next challenge to start (like to start things from beginning XD") I shall use this for accountability and any random circumstances that may occur on my adventures *3* If you were a psychonaut pokemon trainer, would that eliminate the need for psychic pokemon? (random question) Anyway~ Started last monday on my plan to become "fit", and it pretty much was trial and error, what was too much and what was just enough~ ended up with this: -Mon/Wen/Fri : 20 Min Cardio warmup, then the beginner bodyweight circuit. -Tuesday and Thursday would be yoga, or stretching (or walking stairs at school instead of elevator) -Saturday: Special day of tiny temptations like eating chocolate or whatnot. (CHOCOLATEEEEE.) Diet-wise would turn paleo: dump junk foods and sodas and such, and stuck pretty good with it throughout the week, no temptations and had pretty good amount of energy. Week 1: YUS. Currently Week 2: Still Yus, although I did cave an eat one cookie while i was baking like 42 (I made them tiny, baby cookies!) Today's progress since last week, decided to push myself and see how far I could go before "failure": 30 Squats (+10 increase) 18 "Knee" Push ups (+8 Increase) (Not exactly sure when to get off knees and turn to actual push ups but eh) 11 Lunges (each leg; +3 increase) THEY KILLL... 16 Deadweight Rows (20 lbs; +6 increase) 40 Second Plank (+25 seconds) 40 Jumping Jacks (+10, could've gone for more though) But all in all Pretty good :3 All in the quest to be a Parkour babbu, although all in all I think I'd be more of a "distraction" assassin than anything, since my sneaking isn't so good. Oh well, everybody needs a nutty ninja XD
