Despite deficits and lots of burned calories, my scale didn't budge this week. DISGRUNTLED. Date night tonight and all I want to do is eat is french fries. And chocolate. AND TEQUILA SHOTS

I do measure, and I generally rely more on the measuring tape vs. the scale. Just feeling a little frustrated because I don't think I've found my groove yet. I do lift heavy, run, HIIT. Thanks y'all

PS, I opted for some fries and a bit of chocolate; I still stayed under my calorie goals. No tequila because I had to work this morning

I should be able to find this at a running store, yes? Or maybe even Dick's? This injury happened on Christmas Eve 2012; it's SHOCKING how horrible it still looks. Granted, most days it feels fine despite the swelling, but C25K has been pushing it. I don't want to quit running

I've found it at Dick's; I imagine a running store would have it as well. I think the package says K-Tape; not sure. Make sure to read the package and check that it is suitable for ankle injuries - they have a couple different shapes of tape for various injuries.
