    I've not been on the forums for ages because of personal reasons but I'm going to try and be more active. I like the introduction of guilds and I thought it would be nice to have some guild emblems or crests. I hope you like them and I'm posting them into their resepective guilds. It's a PNG so you can compress them down and resize them and retain quality. I've also based them off of other logos and things and given some slightly different names which I hope you like.

  8. Brief overview of goals:

    Improve my 500m Row time from 1:54 (COMPLETE BUT ONGOING, Latest time 1:52)

    Be able to do more pushups without a break (Currently 10) (COMPLETE BUT ONGOING, Latest pushups: 15)

    Improve my 800m sprint time from 4:25 (COMPLETE BUT ONGOING, Latest time 3:38)

    Complete my teaching file and paper before the deadline (COMPLETE)

  9. It's hard to say this to a Ravens fan (just kidding) but well done. Those 2 extra push ups might not seem like much now, but a few more gains like that and you'll have doubled your consecutive push up total.

    Lol yup, that's what I'm keeping in mind.

    Went to Kung fu with Kithis last night and did more weighted punches and training for 1.5hrs along with an hour of gym today. I managed to beat my 800m sprint time which I'm pleased with but I think I can get it down again. 3:44 is my lastest time.

  10. argh.. I am stuck at 2:05 currently. Good going!

    I forgot the timing while I was half way through the challenge so I assumed I had to achieve 1:55 to get to level 1. It was good because it meant I shaved a good chunk off my old time but I did myself in achieving it. I'm alright now but I over did it in the gym. Sprint time is my main focus next along with trying to maintain my row speed for the time being.

  11. The 500m row time I've set is what I managed to achieve today down from 2:05 (which I achieved a week or so ago). I would have tackled my 800m sprint time but I got ill at the gym and couldn't stay any longer.

  14. Yeah I have markers now and I know I can beat them, so frustrating having those times linger around me. Looking forward to my next Gym session so I can finally sort that out. I need to get on with sorting my levels out...and my character sheet as a whole really!

    A challenge sounds interesting, i'll have to look into it (^_^)

  15. Heya,

    I'm Calip (or Matt) and I heard about this from Kithis. I'm 22 and a College teacher in the UK. While at University I did go to the Gym twice a week as well as a 20min walk up a seriously steep hill every morning but towards the end of my degree I lived further away and couldn't go to the gym anymore.

    To date I go to the Gym twice a week and attend Wing Chun Kung Fu once a week. I'm very geeky and thought this would be perfect to interject some buzz and excitment into my workouts. Even though I'm a brit I love American Football and I'm a big fan of the Baltimore Ravens, if you didn't guess by my avatar. :D

    I've decided to go down the Ranger route as I enjoy weights but don't want to miss out on some good old cardio. My character sheet is here (warning, isn't finished yet :D)

    I've started a few of the workouts and been managing alright. Frustratingly though I missed out on two of my targets by a second each... so close yet so far. The Images below are the results of my first attempts at leveling up (^_^) I should be able to do these next time I go to the Gym.
