  2. I absolutely agree. We get people into chat all the time looking for information and inspiration for gaining muscle mass, and it just feels like they're getting left out when it comes to the transformation stories. Skinny nerds need love too!
  3. Challenge #1: Swim the English Channel Progress: 446/726 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So yeah. Sorry about the two months (!!!!!!) between updates. lol I'm puttering along pretty well, although I've definitely let life intrude onto my progress WAY more than I should have. I did swim a couple of miles the other day, so that was something All told, I know i've put in more than 100 laps in the past two months, but I have neglected to record them, so the only ones i'm counting are the ones from the 2 miles onward. But still, that puts me WELL over the halfway mark so I'll take the win on that one. Love you guys! <3

  10. Yaaaay Lenten challenge! I like doing veggies with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Well, okay. I didn't start out liking it, but I've gotten into the habit of it now, and it's nice. I'll throw a bag of the steamable ones (or leftovers from dinner the night before) in the microwave while my eggs are cooking and by the time the eggs are done, so are the veggies
