Bit late, but been really busy lately so I've kinda forgotten about updating!! anyway, bit of a round up, firstly, calories.becoming a lot more consistent now and have all Been 3000 plus which is great! (3700) is overshooting according to.my p.e teacher and he said go for 3000 -3500 so.i.have! Mainly.been clean...but I've had a pizza every other day...muahaha. Me and my partner have both gone up in weight for the exercises and we're now on the hypertrophy phase! And for the bad stuff, i haven't lasted a day without biting :/ so i didn't even get to make a tally! Also, i haven'teven started the sprints! Trying not to useit as an excuse but latelywhen coming home from school I've just been in a horrible mood and not motivated for anything! So there's always room for improvement i guess! Pretty much it folks!

  9. yeah i was going to set some, but not sure what they could be! :/ And im going to use myfitnesspal to track cals, and ill give myself a 200 cal border (like ill allow the lowest amount to be 3500) and im going to.use that tally that skywalker recommended about the nails, andi just write down the weights progress and ill write down the sprints as well!
  10. Haha my bad, i meant to say 3700 a day and yeah ill give that a go! i bought some polish stuff that you put on them and makes it taste gross! and no not yet, im just getting to grips with this whole thing so ill be sure to do it for the next one Thanks by the way, ill keep posting!
  11. Hello!! So as this is my first challenge thingy i'm not 100% sure on what to post so bear with me! I will admit I've been really sacking in levelling up my life, so i figured this is the time i took care of business! My goals then. 1) Start interval sprinting 3 times a week 2) Consistently eat 3700 calories a week 3) Continually add weightto each exercise performed weekly 4) Stop biting my nails. Yes, that is a serious goal. So that's pretty much it! if I've missed anything out lemme know! I'll update progress weekly!
  12. well (not bragging) i am seriously quick, and quicker than the.boys who run for county, so that's probably my asset! I've been told however because of my size and need to bulk up, i should lay off the cardio for now. although i did some digging and seen that interval printing is the way to go for this? any back up on that? and im actually surprisingly strong for my stats, and ive just done 4 weeks of strength training and consistently upped the weight each week! We're just about to start 8 weeks of mass/bulk/size/hypertrophy whatever training as well! and Haha, first time that's happened Angel! not going to lie though, love a sneaky pizza now and then!
  13. just make sure to stretch it every day! my friend had a similar problem and.he just made sure to stretch it and it eventually went. also, are you putting more strain on that leg when you exercise over the other? that might cause a problem!

So after being off the radar with this site(sorry!), I've been doing some experimenting with calorie intake, cooking, etc, really trying to nail it down, and i finally got it (3700 a day!!), and for some crazy reason yesterday, i decided to use my 20 seconds of courage/ beast mode and sign myself up for the school rugby team. now being Welsh, it just happens to be our national sport. If you read my introductory post you'll know im seriously not built for it at 6ft1-2 and 11stone. Sir/p.e teacher told me that season starts back up in September. Dyou guys think if i go for it eating 3700 consistently and keep lifting heavy i could be.in good shape for it? Don't really fancy getting mullered by guys twice my size Haha!
  15. Man, eating ice cream in bulk sounds so awesome, I just have to be careful cause of the sugar content though:( But yes, Tupperware boxes and cooking nights it is! Omnomnom food.
