      You don't get notifications about comments to your updates.

      Though you can change your notification settings to include them. I'm surprised that's not the default.

      I'm with Venin. I work out even if I'm sick. Not much stops me anymore. But yeah, don't overdo it if you're puking sick lol feel better soon!
