Baths are nice but I've never found they do much for stiffness. Maybe cause my tub is very small and I can't fit in it without scrunching. A pro massage does wonders, but it's hard to find time/$$.

Word of advice: never say 'oh I'll just get sashimi' after leg day. it may fit beautifully in your macros but at the end of the day your wallet will be in tatters.
I'm not talking flavor, I mean add a scoop of real cocoa powder from the baking cabinet. They hardly used any in your pea powder, so add more. And maybe a bit of sugar to get it down. Just remember it's medicine, not a refreshing beverage, so only drink when needed.
