  1. I did really well on my fitness until this last week. I only worked out twice. I did join a local gym to kick my fitness to a higher gear. It is conveniently located one block from where I normally head home after work. A Co-worker recommended it. Plus has daycare, tanning (lol) and a sauna. I am kind of excited to go. We are going tomorrow after my shift ends.
  2. Its Monday how is the 3rd week starting out?
  3. piping in I have been keep track the old fashioned way. I created a calendar on Word with a template, put a nice water mark back ground on it. Printed it out and have been writing down each thing I do as a work out. This week I plan on adding in the body weight beginners circuit.
  4. I have a Baskin Robbins and a Cold Stone down the street from me. Its terrible. But shaved ice is delicious.

  6. It is a dinosaur hat, my daughter refused to wear it. So I took it and was a dinosaur. Suddenly they wanted to play with them.

  8. This is my first 6 week challenge. I have my first 5k I signed up for in November and I am not in the best shape. I forced myself to pay for it so I would waste money if I do not do my best. My Goals are Health: Work out more at least 4 days a week. I made a calendar and marked it last week, now it is time to fully commit to it. Health: Do Beginners Body Weight workout at least once a week. Finances: Start and Finish Student loan consolidation. I Graduated college in December of last year after finally settling on a major. Now my 6 month grace period is nearly up, time to get a move on. Work Life: (2 Mini Goals)- Get my raise for this quarter. - At my work the first year you get a raise for meeting certain goals and being there. I have received 2/4 so far. The one coming up at the end of June will be my third.And get my PTO earnings so I can get paid for my 5k.
  9. Hello Rebels. I found this site this week and have joined the rebellion. I have been recently thinking and trying to get in shape on my own. I signed up for a 5k in November and want to be able to complete it and not need to crawl at the end of it. I paid for the 5k and now not to waste money getting my butt in gear. I work in tech support. I end up at a desk for 8-9 hours a day. Not good for overall health. I have been attempting to exercise and be healthy it only lasts for a few months with me because I get distracted and something else peaks my interest more like Arrested Development.
