  1. Updated my main post. =D I do enjoy walking, more then running... and with existing issues with my lungs... it is better to walk then to run. Even with the brace, the inhailor, and the corset. I have 24 Arces of land I can walk on... Well 2 Arces that are cleared out. So the both of us will be "Walking to Mordor".
  2. Started up my log... Now to work on planning things...

  3. My little Log to remind me and start me out... I will have this set as my home page when opening browser! About me My name, mostly known on my cosplaying and Battletag for blizzard games and others who know me in the gaming world, is Ashta. I am in my early 20's and married with no kids... well if you count a monster cat(Ezio) and a hyper dog(Sno) as kids. I use to be a dietary aid at the hospital and focused on Diabetic and Gluten Free Diets to help patients, as will as simple diets... however, dieting on my own self and my husband hasn't been going on very well. I was, and still feel rather active in the Cosplaying community. A bit on the sidelines as of resent because I lost interest in my own self. There is so many things I want to make, but I lost interest in myself when I went up a clothing size or two. It sounds horrible that I lost interest in my own self even with the reassurance of husband and friends. While I have the Motivation to game, to create things, and to bake... I lose all motivation to do anything for me in efforts to lose weight and fat around my stomach(I still have baby fat!), thighs, and just overall. Key Health Points (To work on or around) While I know I am not in the best of shape, even when I was working my way to be in the military, I've always had issues with a lot of Cardo work. It wasn't my muscles or the way I carried myself. It was my lungs that have always gotten in the way. I do not have asthma, but something that is causing the membrane between my lungs and ribs to become inflamed and tighten/swollen. Not Hyrdrated enough. I have a knack of not drinking enough juice and water. Only eatting one big meal and snacks (Not so healthy snacks) through out the day. Snacking while cooking/baking. Current Information Height: 5'1" Weight: 130 (give or take a pound or two) BMI: 24.6 I am on the higher end of a "Normal" BMI. Normal being 18.5—24.9. I use to be at 20.8 (5'1" at 110lbs) Current Project(s) Working on waist training with an Steel-boned Underbust Corset to reduce my waist from 30" to 25". Waist Training is also helping my "Gamer Slouch"... in other words my bad posture. Help Requested Questioning about diet. (Even though I was a dietary aid... that was a few years ago and now all this stuff goes over my head). Questioning about workout. At least 3-4 times? Plan Hopefully molded around our life style. (To be edited when I come up with one...) One thing I found, and would love to do during the evenings, or even in the morning before it gets very hot (It's Summer time in Southren Louisiana!) A Hobbit's Guide to Walking (Thank You to Anyalynn's post) Along with working a bit on the one of the Video Work outs that caught my husbands attention The Konami Code Workout. Insperation Healthier livelihood. Better Costume Bodies Healthier self (Selves) Better Motivation
  4. South Louisiana here. Around the Houma area actually.
  5. I am a cosplayer who has been to many conventions in Missouri, Washington (State), Louisiana, and Texas. =D This is my current Facebook Page. Hopefully I can lose a few pounds before Mechacon in Augest. (Seeing how I can't make it to A-kon this year! This weekend!!). My husband and I have a Facebook Page now... that is in my signature.
  6. Hello! My Cosplay name is Ashta, I live in Southren Louisiana with my husband Ducky (His nickname) and we run PvPCosplay on Facebook. I am one of those gamers that loves to cosplay. I mostly find myself behind the PC playing League of Legends, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, etc. Though since after leaving the military, moving, getting married, working on making a bakery business, and just normal day life... I gained a few pounds and so has my husband. The both of us have been thinking about loosing our added extra weight. I'm not sure how much he wants to loose... but I want to loose at least 20-40 pounds with out losing much in the chest area. Which I know is hard to do cause those and the hips seem to go first... Anyways! Hello!
