  1. Day 7 Recap - PrarieViking No points earned today - was occupied with other activities. Emptied out large out storage unit and move all the contents to my garage, organized garage, and set up patio for summer. Also assembled two patio boxes to store outdoor furniture cushions. These activities involved heavy lifing and moving heavy things, but I'm not going to assign points. I'm proud that I was busy, not sitting around eating and was productive all day! Day 5 Recap - Part 1 (Morning Update) - PrairieViking Walked 1.69 miles - 10pts TRX All Body Express Workout - 10pts Completed guided meditation - 10pts Reduced debt by $75 (Pymt to TRC as planned) - 75pts Total points earned as of 8:00 AM today - 105pts Cumulative points as of 8:00 AM today - 190pts Didn't want to get up at 4:35 AM to complete the above items, but I did it anyway. Walking was fine, I like to walk. During TRX workout I wanted to quit because I felt uncomfortable, but I didn't. Feels good to get these things out of the way early, now I can focus on other things for the rest of the day. Will post a final end of day update later. Keep going!

Mini-rebellion in my head, the stirings of the old me saying just "sit there, do nothing". I did lift some heavy things by moving them from the garage to the basement and got a bit of a workout organizing a storage space. Not giving points for that though.

I though about giving up for day, but that is what I always do, so today I made a different choice and completed my goals. I walked instead of TRX, but that still counts. Is this the start of a new me? YES!
