    Mirma : Newbie,

    This is my first challange ever, I just quit smoking so it is time to focus on everything else. My goals: 1: Start eating properly, again 2: Yoga, I love yoga and wanna do 4 days a week 3: Walking, 45 mins everyday 4: Stay a ex-smoker and cut my coffee intake in half, no more the 3 cups per day
  2. Looking forward to all the challanges, love yoga need to get back into it, this is my first challange
