Wow, interesting article. My brother is on a sub half the year and they don't exactly get the best food. Sometimes he will get stuck out at sea and eat government issued ham sandwiches 3 meals a day until they get back to port. Not to mention all the smoking and drinking he does on shore due to the high stress of his job. His weight has gone up tremendously since he joine dthe Navy.

Joe Freedom's Challenge IV: The Quest for Strength

I am going to bust your butt like Cacaphony. Sore muscles and DOMS are your enemy. Never train until it hurts. Less is more, my friend. Okay, leaving it alone now. -
Sounds like a fun weekend. I usually host a Friday night dance party with my kids. They have a blast. Glad you do the same. It's good for the soul.

I am sorry! I wrote a big long post on my iPad this weekend. But in the midst of writing I had to get up several times and do other things. I wasn't logged in as 'remember me' and I lost my post. After that I was done for. I don't log into my desktop on the weekend. I am here. Doing well. GOOOOOO Clawed_Bear! You can do it!

BTW, I admit that I say "I love" quite often. But I really do "love" lots of things.

Nice! Rack pulls rock. I especially love the looks that you get while doing them. Like you don't know how to DL haha! Good for you, girl.

I love Waterbury. I love T-Nation and follow a majority of the writers on their blogs. That's where I found Bret and he's been a great trainer and friend. Goodness, you are not a slob. Heck, everyone feels like a slob next to Waterbury with his perfectly coiffed hair and shiny Porsche as he rolls up to his Santa Monica penthouse. Geesh, give yourself some credit, KW.

Haha! I just had to buy fingerless gloves for pull ups. The pullup bar at my gym is nary used and has no padding. So it's just that nice rough etched metal pulling at my skin. after 9 month of using it, I gave in and bought gloves for that specific purpose. Maybe the blood blister have something to do with my decision. Good suggestion on dealing with peeps. I always love the "How can you eat that?" question. When in fact HOW CAN YOU EAT THAT (insert random processed packaged garbage label as food item). I am glad I work at home and don't have to be subjected to lunchroom banter. *falls off soapbox*
