  1. Alright week one update.... It's only Sunday morning but I'm going cycling for the day with a friend so I know I won't make any progress towards theses goals today. The meditation was much harder than I thought it would be, but I still did it everyday. Set my phone to remind me so I won't forget. Didn't make it out swimming or clean up my closet. Brought my swimsuit into work so it's at least in the same city as the gym I belong to that has a pool, and added a swim at lunch into my work calendar for next week. Also only did cross fit twice. Completed the angry birds workout with JonDixonYT. Having a hard time walking today! Onto next week!

  4. 2 days done for 5 minutes. This is a harder challenge than I thought it would be. Almost forgot last night so I've set a reminder on my phone. Anyone have tips on how to 'think about nothing'?

  6. I'm adding one extra fitness challenge.... Swimming once a week. This one has been in the back of my mind for a long time, so time to make it happen!
  7. Hope I'm not too late to get a buddy. I do circuit type training at home as well as cross fit classes and could use a push this week!
  8. Here's to getting out of the complacency rut I'm in! Goals: 1. Cross fit class 3 times a week 2. Up the number of push-ups I can do without stopping by 10 to 35 3. Orgaize and file the large box of random papers in my closet 4. Meditate for 5 minutes a day 5. Stretch for 10 minutes before bed 6. Swim once a week for 20 minutes Adding one more since I can combine stretching and meditating into 1 forced 15 minute relaxation session
