  1. I've bought floss picks but the kids seem to think it's more fun to play with them. :-/ Thanks for the support! So far so good! 90% success so far and a 1.7lb loss. Boo yah.
  2. I've been on holiday in the okanagan since thurs but have stayed focused and was down 1.7lb yesterday. I'm so proud since its been a lot of eating out and quick workouts when the kids are napping. Prob won't be back until the weekend. Stay strong mamas!
  3. On holidays with the family but I've stayed focused for 90% of the time and lost 1.7lb as of yesterday. Woot! So proud I even did my workouts when the kids were napping.

  8. I am also mom to three little ones. my daughter is just about 8, middle child is four, and my son is 3 months old.because I'm still breastfeeding I find it very difficult to work out. Some days he sleeps for hours and some days it's half an hour. my goals for this challenge are to do yoga and body weight workout which I find easier to fit in. I'm always looking for a new body weight workout that can be done in about 20 minutes. Any ideas please send them my way. I am a school teacher normally, so I also like going to work full time. But being on maternity leave while my other kids are at school is freakin awesome.I also have major respect for you stay at home moms.if I was home all the time with my kids I would go bananas which is what I think is going to happen this summer. Yikes

  14. It's my first nf challenge though I've been reading for about a year and have spent most of my life dieting. I have had the most success and happiness following the tips here- paleo, hiit and weight training. I have just had my 3rd baby (7,4, and 11 weeks) and am looking for the right inspiration to get me going again. Here are my goals: 1. Strength training 3X a week and yoga at least 1X. 5 pts per workout (max 20/week). 2. 5 meals a day comprising of protein, carb, and fat. Veg at least 2X. No snacking. Each meal is +1 and each snack is -1. (max 35/week) 3. Drink at least 10 cups of water. Worth 10 pts a day if completed. (max 70 /week). 4. Brush 2X a day and floss 1X. Worth 5pts if completed. (max 35/week). Weekly total: 160 possible points. I would consider my self successful if I achieve 80% success every week. I will also post my weekly totals. Good luck everyone!
