Name: Perrins Brief overview of goals: 1. eat Paleo 90% this month 2. loose 10lbs 3. increase weight training by 20% Class: Warrior If you follow a specific way of eating: Paleo Any other piece of information you think would be useful for team creation: doing usually about: 30-45 min of stationary with random intervals 15-20min of rowing usually 5k meters 10-15min on the arc machine (it kicks my ass) and 3-5 rounds of upper and or lower body strength training exercises. (i.e.: leg curls, preacher curls, pull downs, etc) If you want to be part of a team or if you want to work alone: first time here so really don’t know how this works but im game for anything.
