doing usually about:
30-45 min of stationary with random intervals
15-20min of rowing usually 5k meters
10-15min on the arc machine (it kicks my ass)
and 3-5 rounds of upper and or lower body strength training exercises. (i.e.: leg curls, preacher curls, pull downs, etc)
If you want to be part of a team or if you want to work alone:
first time here so really don’t know how this works but im game for anything.
