  1. First thing today was some exercise, more less just movement. Followed up with handstands. Next was attempted diamond pushups but of course the shoulders said no so I did 11. Finished up my 30 minutes of squatting and then got my stretching done.   2. In accordance with the prophecy I started with my 30 minutes of squatting today. After work I did some Muay Thai. There were a lot of people at the class today and everyone had some experience so the level was a bit higher. As expected, my shoulders are in pretty rough shape after that so I didn't get 53 diamond pushups done, but I tried a little at least, did 1 set of 11. Stretched a bit later and did my handstand practice after that. Finally feeling better. Tomorrow's hurdle is getting some work done on my Pathfinder campaign.   3. I took my laziness to new levels. Friday Jul 11, I went swimming. Saturday Jul 12 I went to Muay Thai and stretched after, had a paleo breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunday I didn't get anything done at all. Completely ignored everything else. To recap week 5, I sucked. Exercise was okay, that's about it.   4. In accordance with the prophecy, I went to Muay Thai today. Stayed for 2 hours instead of 1 so pretty tired and sore, and did have time to get much else done. Stretched though. Extra strikes today since I'm putting off some dishes and still don't have my next Pathfinder session ready.   5. In accordance with the prophecy, I should have done 52 diamond pushups today but my shoulders said no, so I did 11. Probably my fault for not stretching yesterday. Finished my 30 minutes of squatting shortly after. Next was handstand pushups in sets of 6 5 3 3 3. Felt like I got lower today than every before, the real thing is getting closer. Worked on handstands after that. Made a little progress on the dusting adventure. After work I went climbing for the first time in forever, that was pretty awesome. Surprisingly I didn't feel as rusty as I did last time I went, though there's definitely some rust. Stretched right after I got home. Also mixed in some bridge wall walks. Worked on my campaign a bit later, as always it was less than it should have been but I did make progress. Did my handstands after that. Stretched too. Even did some cleaning I might have otherwise put off. My super accountabilibuddy came online right before I was planning on going to bed without having gotten stuff done and reminded me to be awesome so I stopped being lazy. I only had to stay up an hour past bed time to do it!   9. First thing yesterday was my decluttering, got my 2 hours done in one go. Next up I finished my 30 minutes of squatting. Aaaaand, didn't do anything else, but had a good day anyway. To recap week 4 it was alright in terms of exercise, I was unbelievably lazy on my campaign. I can't believe I've gone from spending 10+ hours a week on it to about 1, I suck. At least I've been good lately about getting my laundry and dishes done without putting them off, and I've been keeping the house cleaner in general. My grade for last week 4 is a B. My new life goal is to go on a dusting adventure. I'll use the dusting head on my vacuum in combination with my micro-fiber duster to do everywhere in the house that's dusty.   11. I'm taking it easy on my shoulders but I don't wanna do nothing. Today was just 10 diamond pushups. Today was a day for just randomly exercising and moving. This included some crappy handstand pushups in sets of 5 5 5 5. There were a couple sloppy muscle ups and a whole lot of moving around in various ways. Finished it off with my handstand practice. Practiced my bridges after that lasting 0:27 0:19 0:19 followed by wall walks. Stretching was next. Got my 30 minutes of squatting done after that.   12. I can't say I'm a big fan of falling on my face, I have experienced that with both clapping pushups and handstands. For my campaign, I did ask what they want to do next and they're all just playing it by ear. So on one hand, maybe I can get away with just creating a new job and they'll simply take it. On the other hand, they could refuse it and I'd be screwed. I had a similar thing to your scrap of paper thing. There was a man transporting a letter and the group had to help him get it back from a letter. After that they tried but failed to stealthily steal it from him after giving it back. It bugged them for the entire session that they didn't get to find out what it was
  13. I'm gonna take a short break from doing my diamond pushups again, my shoulders are bugging me again. Breakfast was paleo today. Had an awesome Muay Thai lesson today, things are starting to really feel like boxing rather than simply how to throw a punch correctly. Stretching came after that and made myself a paleo dinner. Tried to do diamond pushups again out of curiosity and it felt pretty bad so I stopped. Handstands were pretty okay though. Actually had a few decent length holds too. Finally finished my 30 minutes of squatting just a little before bed. My campaign is going well I think, I completed 2 sessions so far and everyone's really enjoying it but I reached a bit of a hard spot after session 2 where they could do literally anything in the next session so I don't what exactly to prepare, or if I should just prepare a massive number of possible things. If your party's all over the place, are you playing together over the internet or actually trying to get everyone together in one room? As for those clapping pushups, thanks, I will try to be careful with them. I haven't done any in a while but I don't think it will take as long to reach 60 as diamond pushups did, I'll probably be able to start at a much higher number. I guess my main focus should be on how many I can do with good form.
  15. Those both sound like pretty awesome ideas. Perhaps I'll do clapping pushups next, then 1 handed after that. By the way, you were also working on a D&D or Pathfinder campaign, right? How's that going?
  16. Thank you vengefulpear, my target is 60 in one day so I'm almost there. Not really sure what I'll be trying after that. In accordance with the prophecy I started with 49 diamond pushups in sets of 10 10 10 10 9. Did some of my crazy field goal exercise after that. Completed my 30 minutes of squatting in a go and then I had to sit around for about 5 minutes for my legs to wake up. Later on I went outside again to do some fence walking, PK rolls, box jumps (though only a couple) and my handstands. Stretching came after that.   18. To recap week 3 it was good, but still not good enough. Only 4/5 for exercising and while Monday is excusable, that leaves 2 days that aren't. I got lazy. I didn't bridge once, which sucks. Handstand practice happened but I should really be doing it more than once. For paleo meals, there were only 2 as I never did lunch, also purely laziness. My diet honestly was extremely bad last week. This needs to change. Didn't clean my floors, the only reason is because I put it off like crazy. Dailies at least were good since I'm excusing Monday. Overall, a better week but I still need to try harder. I can do so much more. One positive thing I'll note though, I have been actually getting better about dealing with smaller things regularly; not leaving dishes in the sink for a week, folding laundry right away. Yesterday started with diamond pushups, as my days often do. Completed 47 in sets of 12 12 12 11. Finished up my 30 minutes of squatting pretty late. Handstands and stretching were even later but I got 'em done. Still haven't done my floors yet so bad start there but I did clean the kitchen a bit. Also, dinner was paleo, go me. This week's cleaning/stuff done challenge is have my next pathfinder session ready before the end of week 4 and spend at least 2 hours on decluttering, whether in my room or elsewhere in the house.   19. Started off today with a paleo breakfast, "pancakes" made with just bananas and eggs, added some blueberries too. Next up was my 46 diamond pushups in sets of 12 12 11 11. Finished up my squatting later in the day. Did some exercises to help me eventually do a real muscle up. Today was pretty lazy overall though, I bought Banished on Steam, turns out it was a terrible idea as I played the game for like 5 or 6 hours. I need to work on consistency in my diet more. I ate something great for breakfast and then crap the rest of the day... Practiced my handstands towards the end of my night and totally hit a new PR, 8 seconds. Felt SOOOO good. Mmmmm. Just 2 more seconds to hit my target. Speaking of handstands, I feel bad for totally neglecting this challenge's mini challenge. I've been too weak willed since I started playing video games regularly again and I haven't had my priorities right. I need to fix my brain. I also had a sweet 6 second hold and a 5 too. Awesome night for handstands. Last thing was stretching. Didn't clean the floors though so 1 strike for me. Didn't do my bridging either. I suck. I got a decent bit of stuff done later in the day, applied for a new position at work, did my dishes and spent a few hours working on my Pathfinder campaign. After that was 45 diamond pushups in sets of 12 11 11 11. Did my handstand practice shortly after that. Next up I finished my 30 minutes of squatting while watching a cool movie called Patema Inverted (or Sakasama no Patema).   22. Started today with 4 sets of 11 diamond pushups for a total of 44. I'm finally back in business and I've picked up where I left off when my shoulders started having extreme difficulty coping. This is awesome. Finished up my 30 minutes of squatting while watching Ninja Warrior. Next up was attempting some handstand pushups about half-way down, got sets of 3 2 6 4 2. Handstand practice was next. Stretching was after that. Really needed a good stretch today, still sore from Muay Thai yesterday and I'm thinking of going again tomorrow.   23. Today was pretty good, I started off by exercising in a field which included my diamond pushups and my handstand practice. Diamond pushups were 2x10 again. I also did some random sprints and played around with pullups and trying to get a feel for something I saw in a muscle up tutorial video. It was much later in the day that I did my 30 minutes of squatting. Did all my stretching after that.   24. Thanks pear! This one is a lot of fun so far. The reduced structure has led to me slacking a bit more though it's more because of my poor willpower and the video games in my life. I haven't been as awesome this time around but I'm getting back into the groove now. I'm gonna check out your latest challenge tomorrow, sorry for not checking it out sooner. To recap week 2 it was a heck of a lot better than week 1 but still not where it should be. Exercising was pretty bad, I got real lazy. Bridge and handstand pushup work were very last minute and didn't have a lot of work put into them. For paleo meals I met the bare minimum so a little disappointing. I took a lot of strikes on my cleaning and getting stuff done because I got real lazy but I did finally get all my targets complete before the week ended. Dailies for diamond pushups and handstands were bad, for stretching and squatting was acceptable I guess, but not good enough. Week 3 is going to be awesomely much more better. Yesterday was a day with zero exercise and I'm not even upset about it. From the moment I got home to the moment I went to bed (at 1:30 and only got 6 hours of sleep) I was focused on nothing but Pathfinder and everyone says they enjoyed session 2 quite a bit. I'm pretty happy with the results but it showed me again how much opportunity there is for improvement and I learned a lot. Today started off climbing for the first time in forever. Followed up with diamond pushups though rather late, 2 sets of 10. Shoulders are still giving me trouble. Finished up my 30 minutes of diamond squats right after. Handstand practice was the next thing I got done. Finally did my stretching after that. This week's cleaning goal is to sweep or vacuum all the floors. This shouldn't take too long once I get it started so I may set another goal later in the week.   25. In accordance with the prophecy I climbed a mountain today. It was a lot of fun and got to hang with some neat people too. I'm feeling good. Might even say I felt like I was on top of the world I also had a paleo lunch while I was on the mountain. Then I got home and finished my 30 minutes of squatting. Next up was diamond pushups, did a lot more than yesterday but still a lot less than where I was before. After a bit of rest I worked on the handstand pushups (going down around half way) doing sets of 3 sets of 5. Surprisingly they didn't make my shoulders hurt the same way as diamond pushups did. After that I tried some normal handstands practice but didn't last long when my wrist was like "Yo, wassup, I'm hurting a lot so stop." So I stopped. The wrist hurtness stopped by from practicing holding my bridge too, but I managed to do some wall walks for the sake of doing something. Next up was stretching, stretched like a boss. If a little slowly. Mountain climbing makes ya tired, who knew?
