  1. I don't really want to get big, I just really want to get to a normal body weight for my height. Ideally I want to put on about 15 to 25 lbs. I took out the crunches and I now do a minute plank and 30 second side plank. I usually eat 3 meals a day. Either a cereal bar or protein bar for breakfast. Grilled chicken 3 days a week for lunch, ham 4 days a week. Dinner varies due to work. I usually eat 2 pasta dishes a week, grilled chicken 3 days a week and steak/burger/pizza the other two. I drink a glass of milk everyday and about 60 to 70 ounces of water a day.
  2. Hey, I'm 21 about 5'8 and 130lbs. I am skinny. Recently I started working out, about 3 times a week. This is what I do: 5 minute warm-up run. Then I repeat below 3 times: 20 squats 10 push ups (hands futher apart) 20 lunges 10 push ups (hands closer together) 20 crunches (with legs in air) 20 crunches (on ball) 10 dumbbell rows (using a 15lb dumbbell) 30 jumping Jacks 30 second plank Then some days if I have time I do 3 sets of biecept curls with the 15lb dumbbell (15 reps, 12 reps, 9 reps). Any ideas on how I could improve this. And my arms seem to be coming along decent so far, but I would like to work on my chest too. Any ideas? Thanks
