  1. Thanks for the support guys! So I have been doing good except for 2 of the days that I said I would exercise and did not. One of the days I was cleaning running up and down stairs however I don't believe it counts as much! Today I power walked for approx. 3 miles which felt very good. I have decided that I will not be jogging at all in the Nashville Half Marathon coming up in a couple of weeks. I tried jogging tonight for 30 seconds and my asthma started acting up. Oh well - I will power walk my way through it!! I am excited! Thanks for putting together this blog! Great challenge too!
  2. I am a little late in starting this however I have started as of Tuesday, April 6th. My goals are as follows. 1.) only have peets coffee once a week, not 3 or 4 times. Even though I order non-fat, it's not the healthiest thing. 2.) exercise every day except school nights, mon and thurs. 3.) less snacking!!
