So, I've been reading nerd fitness emails for months... finally trying a challenge. I'm 30 and never worked out until I started Crossfit about 6 months ago. I need some accountability to someone other than myself... so here are some goals: 1. Do not eat at McDonald's (I work an hour and a half away from my home... it's just too damn convenient sometimes) A. 0 times B. 1-2 times C. 3-5 times D. 6-9 times F. 10+ times 2. Don't skip Crossfit on days when there is running. Luckily and unfortunately, WODs are posted at 8:30PM and I go to CF at 5 AM. I go 5 days a week, skip Sundays and Tuesdays. No skipping others because of running. If I miss for other reasons (work), need to make up the running. A. 0 skips/Made up all work related skips B. 1 skip C. 2 skips D. 3 skips F. 4+ skips 3. Use a smaller band for pull ups. I really have this mind block about pull ups. I'm convinced I can't do them, because of this I don't think I try hard enough. I need to focus on it for a bit, to get over it. Currently using a blue and black band together. Makes it impossible to do kipping pull ups. 4. Finish jQuery videos on Lynda.com. I mean, it could really improve my lifetime earnings... not sure why I haven't done it. I pay for it, might as well get my moneys worth. (not gonna grade this one, either I do it or not). BTW I'm a graphic designer, so this makes sense. Wishing everyone well! I feel like a participate instead of a troll now
