  1. Moar updates! So, I did go to the gym, and busted my ass doing so. Outside it was pouring and raining and awful but I ran to the gym anyways. I ran at a 6.5 on the treadmill (no way was I running outside for a warm up) then did my usual upper body routine, biceps, triceps, and chest. I also did my ab routine, which I always manage to slip into every workout. My routine for abs is 30x Crunches, 15x laying obliques (each side), 10 situps and 10 turkish situps. Today, I didn't realise a month of leave makes for hurty body after the workout. More next time :3 Bearlifter out
  2. So! News! It's been crazy this week! I actually PCS'd (Permanent Change of Station) to Germany this last week and good god it was rough. Right now i'm struggling under some serious jet lag. I haven't been sleeping that good, or sleeping too much. I think one day I slept for 17 hours, and the next, only 3. So, unfortunately, with my move I haven't been the most proactive on going to the gym, or doing my handstand practices. Although, I am doing really well on my 'junk food' intake. Though, again, my move has messed up my eating schedule, so I haven't been eating much at all, much less junk food. I will really work hard on getting my schedule straightened out this coming week. I'll post again after I run on Monday. I will also do my meditation before inprocessing tomorrow. I'm falling behind on my challenge because of this speed bump, but I will overcome. Bearlifter out.
  3. So, first challenge! I suppose I'm going with a mix of Ranger/Druid, so, here are my goals; ~ Fitness/Diet Goals (3) 1. Cut out over-processed foods from my diet. *This includes foods that have ingredients I cannot pronounce, and foods that are considered 'junk' 2. Make it to the gym every day besides Sunday *I must keep in mind that just because I go to the gym, it doesn't count as going to the gym. If you get my meaning. I always need to perform my best, to get the results I need. 3. Increase handstand duration to 10 seconds ~Life Goal (1) 1. Meditate 10 minutes every day * I will get my anxiety and depression under control when I calm my mind with some meditation techniques.
