Hi Everyone! I've been reading Nerd Fitness for some time now but never did a challenge before. So why now? I've lost 11 pounds and found that a competitive event will sparks the fire for my motivation. I'm hoping to continue the weight lose during the adventure. The goals were hard to narrow down! Goals 1. Workout 6 days a week for at least 1 hour. 2. Squat 150 pounds 3. Do 5 pull ups 4. Meditate 5 minutes a day 5. Run a 5K without any walking breaks Taking baby steps to achieve my goals but with the community support I know I'll make it! Chris
