  1. Sorry its been a while, been really busy but I stayed on the challenge for the most part. I am ready for the next one to start. Also did a Cold Shower Challenge for the month of July. As for this six week challenge I am really pleased with my results in the strength category mostly. I still have trouble eating healthy ever now and then but who doesn't. So anyways: First six-week challengeBefore• Join a gym• Add 30 pounds max to each main lifto bench press – 160o power clean – 145o squat – 185o dead lift – 245o Overhead squat - 140o clean and jerk - 140• Find out how to get more involved in crossfit• Make 7 healthy eating substitutions a week After• What gym?o Decided to use my own home equipment and once I move into college in a few weeks I will us that gym.• New Maxes Current/Goalo bench press – 185/190 (on 7/22/2013)o power clean – 185/175 (on 7/24/2013)o squat – 185/215 Do not have access to a squat rack so I front squat, max on that is 185 due to limit on clean maxo dead lift – 245/275 (weights only go up to 225 so have been unable to test, been doing more reps at lower weight)• What I learnedo Will need to get a coach/ spend more money than I have at the moment, so I am stuck working on my own until I can try to make a deal with the crossfit gym near my college or earn enough money to afford.   3. This is the first time I have tried something like this, so I am just going to get right into it. I am currently in very good shape, I wrestled and did gymnastics in high school (new grad), but now I want something new to push myself further. I think that I want to get into crossfit and hopefully compete in a year or so, but I don't have the money to join at the affiliate nearby so I am going to attempt this solo. I am very competitive and hate losing so I always meet my goals one way or another so I am not going to worry about grading myself because at the end I will know if I am happy with myself or not.
