  1. If you find any good recipes you really liked, would you share them?
  2. Hi Beth! Hm, I did much better on skipping candy and chips and stuff like that. I went on longer walks, but didn't go to my classes. I had a little set-back concerning my current depressive episode and didn't manage to go to places where lots of people are in one spot, that's why I skipped the classes at the gym. Instead, I did a little dancing at home. The dog thought I was crazy, I guess. You seem to be doing much better than me. How do you feel about your progress?
  3. Hi Beth! Yes, you're right, I should be more specific: 2) Cut down on sugar/eat less candy and fast food. - I don't buy candy anymore. - I drink more water and less coke. 4) Be a better homemaker. - I follow the FlyLady's 11 commandments - I have specific dates to do the laundry etc. Do you have more suggestions for me? Sal
  4. First goal for this week achieved! I took three different classes at my local gym: 1) "Fab Abs" 2) "Rehabilitation Sports" (aka "Strong Back") 3) "Step & Style" I also ate less candy and drank more water. I walked extra minutes with the dog for the last 3 days. And I did the laundry.
  5. I try to keep track of the NF Challenge in my personal blog (if you're interested): http://healthandfitnessquest.blogspot.de/
  6. Just returned from my first "Fab Abs" class. I think that was a good way to start the challenge.
  7. Hi guys, my name's Sal, I'm an almost 32-year-old gal living in Germany. I've gained 10 kgs thanks to stress eating and not working out over the past 4 years. Unfortunately, I love fast food and am probably addicted to sugar... I'm also on antidepressants which make me crave food (and gain weight) even moren. Well, these are my goals: 1) Take 2 classes/week at my local gym. Take 1-2 extra classes whenever possible. 2) Cut down on sugar/eat less candy and fast food. 3) Walk 5-10 extra minutes with the dog each day. 4) Be a better homemaker. Starting weight: 62 kgs Goal weight for this challenge: 60 kgs Ultimate goal weight: 55 kgs Height: 163 cm
