  1. Stress eating and running: when stressed, it is good to run a mile. It really helps me. For example, something had me furious. Right after, I ran and PRd in the two mile. I have not been able to break that record since.
  2. Yea! Good for you, cheifbuzz! Getting in exercise!
  3. Ok, so I am new to this thing. I will try my best to understand. First, my goals: 1. Run on a day to day basis. I slacked off during winter and spring and am not running consistintly. This is a good thing to do if I am to be a scout. Thus, I will attempt to run six days out of seven for every week of the challenge. I already ran today! 2. STOP PROCRASTINATING!! This is something I will measure by hours untill something is due. Say I have something due at six a.m. If I finish it at six p.m. then I will gain 12 points (one for each hour). Make sense?
  4. Hi! I've been lurking around a while, too. (i.e. diddn't have an account) For kicking the candy habit, have an apple. Apples have caffine in them. You will also want to work on flexibility for those creaky joints and dedicate part of your workout to them.
