  1. so far so good. adding school to my schedule means i haven't met my gym goals like i thought i would have, but for the most part i'm making progress. down to 210. hoping to make it down another 10 by the end of July. w00t!!! biggest problem is going to bed early so I can get up in the am and hit that elliptical. if i win at that challenge, then i win for the day.
  2. That is exactly what I am going to do. I have chicken breasts defrosting now.
  3. Thanks. I think out of all of this.. the diet is going to be the most challenging. Fighting the inner urge to be lazy and just order something when I should be cooking something instead so I have control over what goes into it.
  4. Total n00b here, but hey, let's give it a go and lets see what happens. My goals are: 1 hour of cardio 5 times a week. Do 1 circuit of weights once per week for each body part group. so, one day, triceps and chest; one day back and biceps, one day butt and legs Do abs and core 5 times a week Get to bed early so I can get in my recovery time. Cutting out sugars/desserts/eating out. Though I will stick to the Coke Zero for the time being for the caffeine. My overall goal, be a bit buffer for DragonCon on Labor Day and hopefully this challenge will help me kick that into high gear. 1st level Adventurer heading into Ranger/Warrior/Assassin territory I think.
