  1. Hope you had a good celebration. No painting or rowing for me yet today but the weekend is still young
  2. Sorry for not keeping you informed how I've been doing. I've not had anything from the vending machine this week I've done 4 training session so far Not been on the rower so far this week so can't say how the 30min goal is going but will probably do a 30 min session on Sunday. I've not done anything further with my models, but I was talking about it to wife the other day and have realised that before the challenge I was doing nothing to get them sorted and had done more in the last 3 weeks than the last 9 months. So even if I don't get them finished I will be well on the way to success.

  5. Its when times are tough that I think we really find ourselves. Nearly half way through the challenge, how have the last fews days been?

  9. End of Week 3, day 5 and no vending machine food and just completed my 4th training session so a big tick for this week. Just need to do some painting at the weekend and do a row. How's everyone else getting on?
  10. Glad that you've coped and stuck to your goals. On track this week for no vending machine and 4 training sessions. No painting done yet but still three days to go.
  11. Survived my weekend and fully enjoyed my kettle bell sessions. Can recommend them if you have not tried them. I've done a weekly catch up on my own thread, but bar one trip to vending machine I think I'm looking on track. Glad he is home, hopefully you can get him to help with the sorting Life can take be a struggle but stick with it and together we will get you there. I've found since starting the 6 week challenge I seem to be a lot more focused than I have previously been. Thats see if we can all get there together.
  12. Week 2 - Review Goal 1 - Cut out vending machine food Only had food from Vending machine on 1 day, so same as week. But I class 1 out of 5 far better than visiting 5 out of 5. Goal 2 - Row 7500+ meters in 30 minutes Did a 4x1000m session plus weights so still working towards this one. Goal 3 - Complete 4 training sessions a week 2 weights sessions (Mon/Wed), 1 rowing session (Tue), 1 circuit session (Thu) and 1 run / kettle bell session (Sat). So I make that 5 sessions so another tick Goal 4 - Paint Skaven Army Goal was to have all models built by Sunday. As I went away for the weekend I didn't finish but I have finished build and base coating tonight, so now I get need to paint them. All in all I think I am progressing well and looking forward so if I can get a prefect week in before week 6. Today I did my weights in the evening as I slept in this morning, and then built the remaining models. Will post photo tomorrow as they are still wet and drying.

  14. Another successful day for me and packed my running stuff and some kettlebells as off visiting family for the weekend. Not sure how connected I will be at weekend so will post something Sunday night if not before. Hope everyone else is making good progress and I look forward to catching up with everyone soon.
  15. Today - no vending machine food but I did enjoy a nice cake with my wife at lunch time. Did a good circuit session tonight with my wife in the local park. No chance for finishing models tonight so will have to do that sunday night as going away for the weekend to visit family. Have packed my running stuff and two kettlebells so I shouldn't get bored. So this week is going well as already done 4 training sessions and making good progress on other goals.
