  1. Thanks for the supportive words, folks! Having just discovered that I can get chocolate-flavoured tea bags, I may have discovered a way to get the hit of sweetness without a massive sugar intake, so that will help with Goal 2! As for goal one, a crippling migraine headache knocked me off course for a day or so, but now I'm raring to go. More updates to come! JB
  2. Longtime lurker but first time poster and challenge-enter-er... Not much to say, other than it's time I got my posterior off the sofa and away from the chocolate and cookies, so: GOAL 1 Exercise at least 3 times a week GOAL 2 Cut down on the cookies and sweetstuff (ideally, cut them out altogether, but I'm trying to be honest about my weaknesses) That's about it really, hope this post makes sense and is in time for the deadline! JB
