  1. Success! Focus Area Frequency Goal Challenge Frequency Meditation 5 mins/day 38/42; I managed to hit 5mins (or more) all but 4 days! Soda Reduction 1 or fewer /day 37/42; Overall, I averaged WAY less soda over the last 6 weeks. I only consumed a total of 23 cans! (normally, that would be what I would drink in a weekend). Spinning 3+ days/week 18/18; I raised my average of 35mins/week to over 100mins/week and hit 3days/week all 6 weeks! Yoga 3+ days/week 2/18; I was doing ok at the start of week 1, but in the end it didn't pan out (for this challenge ...it will in the next one!) Bonus: Weight loss - I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either! Grades: Meditation - A +WIS Soda Reduction - A +CON,CHA Spinning - A +DEX,STA Yoga - F Overall - B LEVEL UP! DEX +2, STA +1, CON +3, WIS +4, CHA +2

  3. Hello all, I am ready to start my first challenge!
  4. After many months of reading the forums and reading the emails, I have decided to join a challenge! I am beginning the path of the Druid to increase the balance in my life. To help reach this destination, I have set the following goals and included my starting points to help measure my progress. Focus Area Frequency Goal Starting Frequency Meditation 5 mins/day N/A Soda Reduction 1 or fewer /day 3-4+/day Spinning 3+ days/week 1 day/week Yoga 3+ days/week 0-1 days/week Along with these goals, I intend to decrease my weight, but I opted to not include that as a goal for this challenge.
