  1. I did this challenge in June I was able to do most of my goals sadly I was not able to document as much as I should have. I am proud to say that I have been able to Cut down my soda intake severely. I usually go for water as my drink of choice. Otherwise its tea milk juice that has had water to it so its not as sweet. I am also proud that I have been making my lunch 90% of the time Unfortunately I have not kept up with bike riding. My bike seems to be having gear issues which means I need to take it in for a check up. Also with starting a new job I do not get off until late and I start super early. I know these are excuses but they are true.
  2. This week I have ridden my bike three times both to work and home. Today will be number four so glad I feel so good after a ride. I have been drinking a lot less soda and other sugary beverages. Drinking more water I have lost 5lbs so far Woot its a good start but got a long way to go still. Got a new lunch box container bpa free and it has a cold pack that is non toxic. its so cool can't wait to use it. I have been taking my lunch everyday so proud. I feel so good.
  3. Thank you I hope I can stick with them. So far I have been able to. So far this week I have road my bike once to work and once to my friends house I would have biked home but it got to late.I have been drinking more water than anything else. Planing on riding my bike tomorrow. My work is also doing a free Biometric test. Going to do it one its free and it will be a good step in knowing where I am Health wise. I also plan on biking to the doctor tomorrow to see whats up with everything. I'm feeling pretty good.
  4. Goals: 1. I Will ride my bike to work one or more times during the week -By doing this I want to be able to ride my bike to work everyday. -When I am off I will go for a bike ride around the lake or another location Ex. A friends house, Grocery store, craft store. -By completing this goal I will be closer to not having to rely on vehicles for transportation. Thus Leveling up my life. Not only will I be leaving a lighter carbon foot print I will look good doing it. -If I do not do this one week I will make up my bike rides and also loose my soda allowance for that week 2. Cut Out Soda -I will only allow myself on can a day -I will drink water at work instead of getting a soda not only is it a healthier choice I am also saving money. -I will switch on beverage a day with water instead -If I have more than on soda I will do ten 12 arm curls with each arm 3. I will Make my lunch everyday -I will do this before work -I will use My froggy lunch box so It will be fun to take to work. -I will also invest in some cute durable and reusable tupperware -To make my lunch healthy I will look up recipes for quick easy lunches. -If I I don't make my lunch for any reason I will do 10 Manly pushups By Completing these three goals I hope to lose 2 or more pant sizes. I am currently wearing a Size 22/24 my ideal pant size is 14/16. So by the accomplishing these goals I will lose at least one size.
