  2. I'm thinking about getting one of the crazy looking roller trainers this fall. Does anyone have any experience with these?
  3. I'm not a big fan of double-unders and didn't think there was anything worse that you could do with a jump rope... until yesterday... During our warm up we jumped rope while running back and forth across the gym. most awkward movement yet!
  4. I have to change my recommendation to Continental Gatorskins. I was cleaning my bike before a two day 204 mile bike ride and noticed that my armadillo tires were pretty worn out. I couldn't find a Specialized dealer nearby so I decided to give the Gatorskins a try. The Gatorskins were a lot less bulky and rolled easier than the armadillos. 204+ miles later and I haven't had a flat. after seeing all of the people on the side of the road changing flats during the Seattle to Portland bike ride I feel pretty confident in flat resistance the Gatorskins offer.

  7. Spin classes have been my go to. I started crossfit in March and all of the squats and lower body lifts seem to have made a big difference for hill climbing.

  9. It is a fun ride! the hardest part is getting back on the bike for day 2.

  12. 100% road biking I commute to work 2 times a week = 10 miles round trip Saturday or Sunday weekend rides 40+ weekly average around 60 miles a week Crossfit 2-3 day a week I'm doing a 202 mile 2 day ride on July 13th and 14th from Seattle to Portland.
