  2. Week 3 1. Activity Attend yoga class once a week-DID IT 2/4 Do push-ups 3 days per week- DID IT 8/ 12 Run 25 miles per week- Only 15, for a really stupid reason. I feel silly. 58.5/100 2. Eat Paleo diet- Ate paleo 5 days last week. 11/28 (on break from MFP) 3. Relax Meditate 5 x 10 minutes per week- Done 3 days. 12/20 Acupuncture 2 x per week- One done. Not sure if it's working... 5/8 4. Learn Learn Japanese- Watch 2 Japanese films or TV shows per week- None 2/8 Make a list of 20 Japanese vocabulary words, and memorize it. Formulating the list (in progress) /1

  6. Having a pretty good week. Sticking to my new goals. On track for acupuncture, mileage, meditation, and push-up goal. Diet has been decent. I am on a "feel good" streak. Between cinco de mayo and traveling to san francisco, I essentially ate everything... really good everything, including the best Korean food ever, but definitely not paleo. 6/28 (on break from MFP) 3.   21. I think minis and a schtick such as calling each other "bro" could make things fun and I hope we do that, bro. We used to have really fun mini challenges! But they require a decent number of active scouts for maximum fun. I also wonder if we just need to advertise this service exists to folks in TAUR, or other big RCs for example.   22. Last night-- replaced running with squats and sit-ups, cause it was drizzling... My least favorite running weather. I've been fighting with an intern! It's my job to edit/approve social media posts, and when I make suggestions he goes crazy and rejects them! They are simple, good edits, like tag the client whose work you're referencing, or use the industry tag everyone else is using. I wouldn't be bitter about this except my boss, his supervisor, strangely isn't stepping in to make him follow my easy good advice! So the intern is basically posting like crazy online, completely unsupervised. My version of fighting, again, has been giving advice and quietly insisting on it. Tag the client. Oh, it's too late? No? Then tag the client. Yeah, I had to give up on that one. It still clearly bugs me, which is why it's in my challenge thread! So working on getting over that.
