  1. Annnd now I'm not sure if I should run 22 miles tomorrow. The air quality in my city is officially "unhealthy" due to nearby forest fires. I'll play it by ear but honestly, might not happen.
  2. Ran some hills on Wednesday and my quads are still recovering. Also, went to a giant party last night. Needless to say, 22 long run didn't happen. My plan is to prepare for it today and run it tomorrow. I hate to deviate from the schedule, but no way I'm running 22 miles today... At least, I think.
  3. Wow, you do abs every day? That's hardCORE. Maybe you should sign up for a week to be our Abz Task Master!
  4. That race looks like a lot of the good kind of pain. You got this!!
  5. Ah yes, I feel your pain. Longish midweek runs are important, tho... Maybe get it done tonight and take it easy tomorrow?
  6. IDK why! Hig put it there, so I'm doing it.
  7. Just an FYI... If you are viewing in Tapatalk, you may only see 1/3 of the first post. Sry abt that!!
  8. I love the post-long run nap! It's the best. Good luck with your goals!

  10. I started it!! Fresh thread. I tried to tag everyone, but for some reason it didn't work for everyone. Sorry about that!
  11. Welcome back to the ABSolutely IncredABSble ABSsstravaganza! Everyone can join!! Each week, we post a NEW hardCORE workout. There is a spreadsheet to track your progress. If you want to be a part of this, introduce yourself below, add your name to the sheet, and give yourself a point per workout! Each workout is worth 5 points. The person at the end with the most points wins!!! Easy peasy. I have added a new feature-- We have a couple of returning challengers here, so I would like to invite you to sign up to be the weekly ABZ TASK MASTER!!! This means you get to post a video for a predetermined week of the challenge. First come, first serve. It's all right there in the spreadsheet. The winner gets sexy, sexy abs! Everyone else gets stronger abs, so it's still worth it! You literally can't lose this game. Here is the Week 0 Challenge: Calling all previous participants: @Mad Hatter @sylph @karinajean @MikeWazowski @zenLara @WhiteGhost @Coco P Loco @symphonicdan @koaladle @grumble @ tourennatrix LET'S DO THIS THING!!!
  12. I'm still on the fence! Now leaning toward scouts, especially since my goal is "run a marathon." That is pure scout.
  13. Destiny 2! Cool!!! It has been hard for me to work out since the game dropped. I think my goals this challenge will be, "exercise in between missions." Lol
  14. Considering a fall exchange to the assassins guild this challenge. I want to learn new things... But if I do that, I'll still be around. :*
  15. Looks like we have a tie between @zenLara and @WhiteGhost. Big congratulations!! I really enjoyed this challenge-- Definitely feel stronger. Thanks everybody.
  16. Welp, guess this is the end. Had a great challenge and learned a lot. Onward and upward!!
  17. I think no matter what, option 2 is going to be a lot of neck craning and struggling on the floor. I want to do it at least once... Tonight! Unless I also fall asleep... Lol. What do you guys think of abs of steel? Pretty funny, right?
  18. Just followed you... seems like you're looking fit and running fast!!
  19. Strava is garmin with a great social networking component-- You give kudus, follow people, join clubs, and leave comments. Also, it tracks if you are running the same route as other runners at the same time, which is useful for making friends at run club meets and races. I <3 strava!! My handle is Starlight Walker, if you're looking for strava pals.
