My name is Zach and I'm just finishing up my freshman year in college.
Now that I'm out on my own, I'd like to eat better and lose this
weight I've been keeping for the past... ten years? (gah)
It's always been a dream of mine to be fit.
My goals are to lose some weight at a reasonable pace, to get
into the habit of exercising, and to acquire a healthy diet.
I think the only obstacles I have so far, as a student,
are the required meal plan (forcing dorm food into me)
and the laundry monster that sneaks around and dirties
all of my workout clothes and towels...
