  1. Well, I'm back on the forums after a nearly 9 month hiatus (from the forums, not fitness ). I started a log to track my week in week out achievements as I start my journey of putting on 15-20 lbs of LBM and getting my BF in the 9-10% range. It's most likely going to be a long road, but I'm looking forward to it. A little filler from my hiatus: In the past few months, I hit my goal of finally getting down to 10% (10.8% to be exact ) BF putting me in the mood to really commit the bulking/cutting regime. I started the true bulk - after a couple of weeks at maintenance cals - about a week
  2. Been a while since I've been around the forums and your log was one of my first stops. Congrats on everything with the house situation! I'm glad to hear everything fell into place the way it did.
  3. Gratz on the front lever man!
  4. Yesterday we were able to finish the last major step before construction and now officially have a building contract signed and have the financing in line. It was a very good day and I have to say I slept better than I have in months last night. I feel extremely relieved and the new construction finally doesn't feel surreal. We are still on schedule to break ground the last week of January.
  5. Took the night off from packing to sit back and relax for a while with the family, and after the kiddo went to bed I was able to get in a pretty good upper body dynamic workout\. Workout Nov 20 Handstand Practice - 5 min (about an hour before my actual workout) Warmup/Stretches Upper Body Dynamic Circuits consisting of: - Headstand PU - Pullups - Dips - Curls - Spiderman PU - Knees to Elbows Completed 6 reps per
  6. Today marks the start of the last week of the challenge. The move out date we have in mind is Dec. 30 which gives us a couple weeks to salvage stuff out of the house before demolition begins, and it has been a mad dash around our house. Trying to pack with your wife at work and you toddler wondering why you are putting things in boxes when she thinks they would look much better on the floor in the next room is a very good lesson in patience haha. It's been exciting and nerve-wracking all at the same time especially with Christmas being next week, and trying to keep it a somewhat normal one at
  7. No problem, thanks for the info. I don't know if I could handle them everyday haha. That was so much food. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk
  8. I decided to track it just to make sure I was getting a good idea of how much is enough. How about the workouts on refeed days? I wasn't sure if that would counteract what the refeed was trying to do. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk
  9. Trying a refeed today and fixed that chili spahhetti you mentioned. I had a couple of questions. If you split it up into two meals (quickly realized that 300 carbs is a lot of food ) ) is there a certain timeframe to try to hit? Such as getting the two meals within a couple hours of each other. Also, do refeed days need to be rest days or can you work out and get the same effect? Btw, the chili is pretty dang good. I usually don't cook bean heavy chilies. 10. I hate that I've been neglecting my thread this week, but work and the things dealing with the new house are taking over at the moment. I did want to stop in and say that I hit a PR on the scale this morning coming in a 165.2 . This puts me below the weight that I hit in my first few weeks of figuring out the cals for my bulk at putting me right on target for my timeline for this long cut.
  11. Workout Dec 09 Warmup/Stretches Upper Body Dynamic Circuits consisting of: - Headstand PU - Pullups - Dips - Curls - Spiderman PU - Knees to Elbows Completed 5 reps per exercise and completed 3 total circuits. -Cut it short a little to get some packing done. Left off the burpee drills at the end.
  12. Got ya! Meet caloric goal and just demolish the carbs. Seems easy enough. If you get a chance PM me that recipe. Always looking for new chilis to try out.
  13. Thanks! The measurements really surprised me this week. I haven't done any refeeds as of yet. At this point, would they be helpful? What would you recommend as far as timing and amounts?
